Ordered online 3 footlongs:
1) location almost seems hidden due to ongoing construction, had to detour and spend 5 more mins to find it.
2) In one of the footlongs, I have mentioned no olives, but there were. Oh well.
3) the sauces were all on the paper wrapper and none on the actual sandwich when we opened it, don't know how they can precisely do that unless they don't care.
Totally disappointed on this location.

I got in i had to repeat my order over three time and he still got it incorrect I said turkey and American cheese numerous of times l. He could have heard me if he didnt ha e his ear buds in so rude 😤
We placed an order for 2 sandwiches online. the order wasn’t ready upon arrival then when we got back to work the sandwiches had barely any toppings. not to mention the breads were swapped. we tried to give this subway a second chance but after today..never again. save yourself the disappointment.

I asked for double tuna and turkey and the boss and when I say the amount of meat that Marcel put on my sandwich even after asking for more is really ridiculous and had the nerve to say 27.00 dollars smh this just ain’t right at all subway on I 35 frontage rd suite 104

I called because my fiance is having trouble finding the location. And when I asked them if they could give him a crossroads when he calls to help him with the directions they told me they would be busy and when I look on the app it says it's not too busy. But I know our sandwiches are already made. I'm almost thinking of getting my money back. Because if workers are not friendly and aren't willing to help you do you really want people with attitudes making your food? I don't. And I understand if you're busy but even if you're busy you can ask someone to hold. I've never had a problem holding someone asked me to. I just don't understand customer service these days. I might be back to update cuz I don't know how the food taste yet. My boyfriend still hasn't made it there. I hope it's good I really do. I know that happy people make the best food. And people who don't really want to be there make me the over food. Subway is there anything you can do to make your employees happier? Cuz I don't know if the ball drops with you the company or with the food preparer. Come on everybody let's try to have some joy in our life please.
Service is always fast and the staff remembers me and my favorite order all the time.

On July 10, 2024, at 6:20 PM, I visited your store. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my visit:
Vegetable Shortage: Many vegetables were out of stock, which limited my options.
Change Issue: The cash register was empty, and the employees couldn’t provide correct change. This inconvenience affected my experience.
Lack of Leadership: I observed employees struggling to manage scheduling conflicts. They had to make calls in front of customers to find shift replacements. However, there was no visible manager to address these issues.
I understand that employees are doing their best, but effective leadership is crucial for a smooth customer experience. I hope these concerns can be addressed promptly.

Definitely not one of the best Subway's I've ever been to. Employees are not friendly.UPDATE: I decided to give this location another shot, and they failed me again. My future order was made way too early so it was cold. Also, NO ONIONS???? how can you make my Philly cheesesteak sandwich with no onions?? Sounds like somebody doesn't know how to order product. my special instructions were not followed. I asked about this and they said oh I'm sorry I didn't read the special instructions. Then what are the special instructions for?? I expect to get what i ordered when i pay $7 for a sandwich. Please take your time to please the customer. It is because of us that you even have a job
