Ordered through the app and they sent my order to this store. Worst experience I’ve ever had with subway!!! The manager was trash just like the employees and food! Made both my sandwiches wrong and they both basically refused to make it right! Save your money and sanity and go to Jimmy Johns!at the very least go inside and make sure they make it right because these people openly suck!!!! Never buying subway again!!!!

The red head girl did my sandwich, they out of bacon...ok fine I asked for extra sauce honey mustard she told me she's not allowed to do extra sauce on a sandwich so if you like dry sandwiches see the red head... food was not so good at all..my dog didn't even eat it. I will not be sending my money there again...

Very Disappointed. Flat bread was hard like a cracker, vegetable were frozen. Sandwich was made sloppy. Never go in again. I advise not to stop there.

Sooo, apparently "fresh cheese" vs. "not fresh" is an up charge at this location. I will have to read up on the meaning of this one.As I continue to order, I notice a sign on the register, which reads, "Bathrooms and Lobby are closed". It wasn't until I was about to seat that I was made to understand what the sign meant: you are welcome to come inside, purchase our maybe not fresh food, while we pretend to have a drive thru that does not exist and a Lobby you can't use. Thank you for your patronage.

Like why would anyone serve a customer this burnt and dried out bread? It was supposed to be Italian herbs and cheese, but the pic shows what I got. This was a online to go order. Literally couldn't eat our food. Had to transfer 2 footlongs and 1 six inch to buttercrust bread. Waste of

If I could rate zero stars I would by the looks of it you guys should have zero stars I place an mobile order as I got my order as soon as I get home I open it it was not correct at all I even paid for the extra I am not gonna inconvenience myself to go back up there and pick up the extra beacon and avocado that I paid for when they should have read the receipt the person who answered the phone who claim her name was jay was very rude and disrespectful maybe next time do your job right inside of just standing around while there was 3 employees and only 1 of them is actually working
