Waited 10 minutes and then was told twice by two different people that “sorry she’s on her way”. This was after a manager asked if I had been helped and then walked off.Officially 15 minutes. Still no one.There we are. 16 minute wait. The fourth person to show up finally makes the sandwich.

Older bitter lady was rude from the beginning, when we paid she literally threw the food at us we ended up throwing the food away had I not payed first I would have walked out.

Bro. Just fire this lady, Maricela, that y'all get bad reviews about. Not only does she take way to long. (took an hour for my food to be ready from the moment I order online to the time it was supposedly ready) I waited extra amount of time when I came in because the order was not ready. Either fire her and find a better worker OR hear me out, just hire another employee so that way she can have help. If you have poor customer service you will NOT make any money or who lot. I wont be surprised to see this place be taken over in another year or so. So many complaints about her and I seen her around that subway for about 3 years now.

The place never stays open until advertised time. Employees seem bothered to do their job. Only one employee working making the wait time extremely long.

Loove the new general manager she is the best example of excellent leadership skills and the staff who all were great spoke so highly about the new GM. I know when someone loves their job and she really does. The owner of this franchise owes this young lady a great deal of respect it's so hard to find someone who really cares about the company, the staff, and the community and is quite literally changing the brand image for the subway stores in our area. Everyone stopped going to the two stores close to us because they were terrible but whoever hired the new one got lucky. She even took the opportunity to tell us how great the owners were and how they helped her to get her life together. What a great experience! We recommend to everyone!

I would never go back to this location again. There were two young men working and they had nothing but excuses as to why they were out of a lot of meat, and apparently they couldn't make certain sandwiches. They were out of cookies for another customer. The employees had very bad customer service. They made my sandwich wrong and put the wrong cheese I didn't notice this until I got home. The employees looked confused on what they were doing. One appeared to be training the other but both were no help at all. I hope no one has to experience this and I do not recommend this location.

I ordered DD last night for my family. Sandwiches were made incorrectly, sent husband to correct items and was refused service by manager 8pm Monday the 21st. I was out my money and did not get to eat. Extremely disappointed with staff member and will never return. Please find another location, this location treats customers poorly.

Came here to eat at Subway for a quick bite. I got their Italian sub which i usually only get when i am here. Girl got the sandwich she wanted. Fresh bread and meat. I like everything on my sandwiches. Good service and food. I come back again.

The lady at the register was really rude she seemed bother to taken my ordered and I told her pickles she puts olives ??‍♀️ and then I go to pay she throws my receipt on the counter so rudely. And then I get home to enjoy my meal my chips were steal !!! Worst subway I’ve been too .

THIS PLACE CLOSES MUCH EARLIER THAN ADVERTISED. I show up at 835 pm to order food and the store was closed. Lady said she had to be somewhere and needed to close early. Open till 9pm usually

They stole my money ordered food that they did not have when we arrived to pick it up. No manager to refund me and 4 other people that I know of's money. No answer at store or number that I was given. Where's my money?
