Bro. Just fire this lady, Maricela, that y'all get bad reviews about. Not only does she take way to long. (took an hour for my food to be ready from the moment I order online to the time it was supposedly ready) I waited extra amount of time when I came in because the order was not ready. Loove the new general manager she is the best example of excellent leadership skills and the staff who all were great spoke so highly about the new GM. I know when someone loves their job and she really does. The owner of this franchise owes this young lady a great deal of respect it's so hard to find someone who really cares about the company, the staff, and the community and is quite literally changing the brand image for the subway stores in our area.
