they dont open when they are supposed to.
So to anyone coming from the app. This is INSIDE UTSA campus. So if you follow the GPS you'll end up by the tennis courts near utsa cars only parking. Also this location is closed for spring break. So if you use the app becareful! Or you'll find yourself like me in the back of the building confused being told I have to go to correct parking. Theres no signs where the gos takes you At all! Service is always lacking here. They pay attention to everybody BUT the customer next in line. Worst service!
