Sharing this review from a place of understanding and experience, sometimes when it comes to customer service related jobs especially food service, it can be very stressful and frustrating at some points dealing with rude customers and just the duties of the job itself, I know with jobs like this you get stuck making orders for like an hour, hour and half straight and that can be extremely annoying especially if you need to relive yourself in the restroom or if you’re working alone and you fall behind on your work, I say this to say to anyone who is a customer please be patient if your sandwich artists might looked stressed or upset understand that they’re coming from a place of frustration and it’s not the customers fault

The guy with the glasses and shorter hair looks like he absolutely dreads working here, passive aggressively slamming stuff around and having a very “I hate this job with a burning passion” attitude. It’s almost impressive how consistently he stays annoyed every single time I see him. Bro if you hate making food at subway, get another job, you’re a grown man acting like some emo kid in middle school. Not only that but I’ve physically seen you close like an hour and 30 minutes early.

Horrible experience ordering from this location. Didn’t toast the bread, added no extra meat like we payed for, the lettuce we wanted was non existent & they didn’t update our mobile order to be ready at all until after pickup. The sandwich looked like it hardly had anything inside.

As soon as we pulled up they locked the door so we we’re not able to order food he’s refused to serve us it was about 20 minutes before closing when we have arrived and for all fast food you have to serve customers to closing and I’m very disappointed this should not have happened I will be contacting

It’s 7:23pm, they close at 10. Two people inside “cleaning” both doors are locked and they’re refusing to answer the phone. What if I would’ve had an online order ? I was about to place it on the app because it’s letting me choose this store but I was already in the parking lot. So would they not have let me get my food if I ordered online ? They aren’t even looking up from talking to see that someone is at the door. Last time ordered two subs online, waited 20 mins after pick up because the one sub on the rack didn’t have our name. Waited in the car. Watched the guy switch the tags and put ours on it because he had the wrong one. Got our subs, cold. And didn’t even have the right bread. Waste of time.

I’m so pissed off gentleman with a pony tail took care of 3 customers before me. He took money went then went to back of store came back with same gloves and tried to make my food. He even restocked the veggies, touch the refrigerator handles and went back to serving my food. I kindly asked him to change his gloves because he had touched money and the register three different times before changing his gloves. He then starts to put the veggies on my sandwich and had pizza sauce on his gloves and got everything dirty. He used the same knife and got pizza sauce on my tuna sandwich. Him and the woman looked very annoyed with me didn’t answer me or acknowledge me after I asked politely for gloves to be changed. Horrible service Some people may be OK with spreading germs on their food but I’m not. We got a meatball sub and a tuna melt I asked if they could be toasted and the cheese was not melted sandwich was cold. I ordered the pretzel in the picture. It clearly shows a dipping sauce so when he gave it to me I asked for the sauce and he said they don’t have cheese just mustard and I have to ask for it if I want it. When it clearly shows it comes with it.

Stopped by at 9:30 to grab some food. Google stated they closed at 10, the door stated they closed at 10... yet at 9:30, all the lights were off and the doors were locked and no one was inside. Terrible business.MAYBE if the staff wasn't so worried about closing early to jump over to the bar next door, this place would run more efficiently.

Worst service I’ve ever had at subway. The gentlemen helping me was huffing the whole time and throwing food everywhere. He was very very rude. There was no name badges so I couldn’t catch a name. Would not recommend this location take a few minutes and go to another one. Hopefully they make your food right.

NO STARSSSSS!!! This location is a joke This is a storefront for theft at this point! This is the second time I ordered via the app and it was sent to this location both times the order states delivered with a picture of the WRONG DOOR!! They stole my money once again!!! I attempted to call the store of course but no answer again! This is theft no other way to put it. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!

I don’t know why but this Subway doesn’t appear in the correct location on google and Apple Maps. It’s quite a shame considering this is a great subway location. There is large dining area for a large group if needed. Whenever I stop at this subway the employees are always on time with their sandwich and everything is clean and tidy. I will definitely be coming back to this subway location again!

I believe the gentleman's name was Sam. He was pleasant and beyond helpful. Sam is a gem. He made us feel welcome from the time we walked in until we left. It may be a Subway, but Sam provided 5 star service!!Thank you again!
