Came here at 8 pm on 9/25/24, I see workers inside and hours say they are open till 10 pm, But they had doors locked !

Employee didn’t know how to close the Sandwich, so all toppings ended up falling. There was No A/C, super hot! It’s a shame cause the facility is very nice.

It is never a good idea to close early even if it’s 10 minutes. Especially with all the highway closures around this area. And I couldn’t read the atmosphere because the store decided to close early. Also I was handed my food at the door. They wouldn’t even let me in the restaurant. Also I tried to call to make sure they didn’t close till 10 and they didn’t speak English

always tired

Found a long hair inside my sub while eating it, none of the workers were wearing hairnets. When called to tell them, they just said "oh, sorry." Disappointing.

Worst subway experience ever! The worker told me she was “too busy” to get me a drink that I paid for. In front of at least 6 other customers. We were all in shock. So I walked out without a drink that I paid for. Unbelievable subway. Do better.

Terrible experience. I ordered through Subway and the dasher never delivered my order. Tried calling the restaurant 5 times, no answer. Don't order through this location.

Placed an order at 11 for pickup at 1230 while at work. Got confirmation it was ready. Went in place was dead. Three employees. No one could find my sandwich that they swore they "just made". Being at work I had no time to remake so asked for a refund. Hopefully I get it but will not ever eat here again

The manager of this restaurant was not helpful or nice when getting our order and gave us the wrong sandwich and refused to fix it. Avoid this location even though it’s in a nice area.

Walked in no customers there. The lady there made me wait 7 minutes because she was making a sandwich ignoring the customer.

Drove 20 minutes to get there - but hey guess what "we don't take no stinking Subway coupons" lol - and the app wouldn't work either "access denied" "access denied" - went and got a couple of good sandwiches down at Jimmy John's ? - but will I continue to patronize my "coupon Subway" home in Houston? Absolutely yes ?

They serve good sandwiches & fast service but they don’t accept SUBWAY coupons. Subway don’t accept their own subway coupons?What a shame. The food is good tho?
