Female worker greeted me when I came in the door.

Online order: order was ready when I walked in. I ordered two 6in subs - they were made fine, with all the ingredients I requested. Two chips included in bag.

She told me I could get the drinks from the fridge on the way out.

Resturant looked clean and no body was inside eating at the time. It was around 12:00 noon.

So place an online order said order before 9p which I did it was confirmed/Charged & have an order number I show up completely pitch black even though door shows 9:30 as well as website.......Pictures

This is the worst Subway location. Dirty, employees act like you just being there is an inconvenience, and they try everything they can to not let you use a coupon. And somehow they can't even toast a sandwich right. Ugh.

i go to this subway cause i live really close to it but every time i order online for pick up, it’s always wrong or put together lazily. and whenever i walk inside, im greeted with the one employee usually working by themselves giving me a dirty look like i shouldn’t be in there.

I have been visiting this subway for couple of months as I live nearby . I always find the servers very careless types, hardly greets you - however I never thought of writing a review. But today was the worst service I ever received. I went there with my son around 2.45pm . No customers were there and one male server was there . He took more than 15mins to assemble our breads and the cheese. So messy , disorganized,and extremely slow.I am really sorry to say ! The sub was not even toasted properly . The server didn’t even wrapped the sub properly. All the stuffings came out and the sauces were stuck to the wrapper . Totally dissatisfied with the service and the server . Subway should note it .

I go to this subway out of convenience because I work in the area , this is third time sandwich is disatisfactory.every time I ask to put provolone and parmesan on meatball there's no provolone and this time it didn't look toasted like stated I would prefer toasted, very soggy sandwich. Wish it tasted better there's not a lot of options walking distance where I work.

They went so fast in charging my debt card through their reader and added a tip that I was not aware of. When asked about it they claimed it was my fault for not reading the prompts but I stated I was not allowed the time to read each prompt as they can advance them through their views as well on the register. WATCH what you sign at this location.....take your time and don't let them rush you. I've learned my lesson.

Only one person was working when a friend and I ordered some sandwiches. Even though she didn't have help, the employee quickly prepared all the orders including the one for the person in front of us in line. She made each sandwich to our specifications and was very upbeat and friendly despite the understaffing.This was once my family's go-to Subway location, but we hadn't ordered here in a few years and hadn't ordered at any of the other locations in a couple of years. (The UTSA location was our last go-to.) The sandwiches were tasty though, and the phenomenal customer service has convinced me to try Subway again.

Does not accept Subway coupons.Overcharged me. Charged for deluxe meat and avocado on my daughter's sandwich, in addition to mine. My daughter didn't get those upgrades. Had to ask for refund, but they didn't refund me for the errant avocado charge. Also, they didn't allow me to scan app for points even though I presented it waiting to scan. Rude cashier just quickly ran the transaction nit giving me chance to scan it. Will avoid this place. There's several other friendly, competent owned Subways nearby.
