Well, I can’t really evaluate how the food or the service is, since I showed up at 8:30am (yes, the hours here are correct since the door even had the exact same hours) and it still wasn’t open… stuck around for an extra five minutes to see if they were just opening late, but I didn’t see any movement in there whatsoever. For those having trouble with the coupons, apparently they take them now? There’s a big hanging sign saying that anyway.

Worst service ever. got to the shop at 8:30ish waiting for about 10 mins because the server was helping somebody just to be told they are closing and can’t take orders even though the sign at the store stated they don’t close till 9:30. Open sign clearly still one and time stamp on phone, plenty of time to make a damn sandwich

Sign says they open at 0830. There was a worker there and she didn’t open the store on time. Made me late and this location doesn’t even serve breakfast sandwiches! #

Poor experience first time in.
I really have no idea what the food is like. I received a coupon with a subscription newspaper and live about a half a mile from this location. They say that they don't take coupons. PERIOD. No alternatives. This is the only reason that I had come into this store. So whatever their choices are about not taking the coupon when they are a franchise ends up with them getting absolutely no money from me and a potential customer who will never come back

I placed my order online. I walked in. There is one employee working. I see the bread on the counter. All the people got served. Then my order was started after the line went down.I waited 30 minutes to pick up an order that should have been ready.Floors and tables are dirty.Drink machine not working.It’s managed poorly.

Apparently the phones don't work at this location. Tried to get an order canceled so I called multiple times 20 MINUTES before the order was supposed to be made but nobody answered.

Placed an order on line wasn't ready for pick up. And they shorted the salad so much it looked like a small lump in the middle. For 9$ salad I expected more. Don't go here.
