Refuse service this morning You’re by Jewels while I had a service animal with me was told that I have to show documentation or that the animal must be wearing a vest. I’d highly suggest they educate their employees on dealing with service animals. The ignorance doesn’t bother me but the ego this woman had while I was calmly trying to explain to her why she was wrong is unacceptable and I have no idea why they would let her work at this business.i took the animal home and came back and the employee immediately started back in on how the law changed and I was wrong.

This location didn't have any white bread. They had 3 choices of chips and no chocolate chip cookies.

Don’t really make bad reviews… but to the woman working around 4 pm on October 25th.. poor customer service.. I always order a side of teriyaki chicken to go with my sons sandwich .. ALWAYS .. and this woman tells me that there’s no button for that anymore… cmon now.. I did it just 2 days ago.. I will always pay for the upcharge but if you don’t wanna do it cuz your lazy that’s just sad.. do better

Store says they close at 10:00pm. I pitched up at 9:35pm and they already had the door locked. There were two workers inside and they both looked at me and just gestured with their hands that they closed!

I ordered two large subs, asked for them toasted, and they came out cold cheese not even toasted. Paid about $30 for something that wasn’t even made the way I asked. For that price, I expect fresh, hot food and basic attention to my order. Definitely not worth it.

Everytime I come here they are never open on time. Does no one understand what hours of operation are? Open at 830 does not mean open at almost 9! Someone but these people a clock.

Subway is subway, what sets each location apart is the staff. This is a well run operation and the sandwich engineers behind the counter did a great job keeping things moving.

We have ordered sandwiches from this location a few times recently and I have to write a review. Subway restaurants are usually not my favorite sandwich places. We took advantage of their $6.99 any footlong limited offer a few times and picked them up at this location. At first, we mistakenly selected this location in the App and were forced to drive here to get our sandwiches.

It was a very fortunate mistake, as we found that we really enjoyed the food and our experience picking them up. The sandwiches were prepared well and the veggies were fresh. When we arrived at the restaurant to get our order, we were greeted by the worker and he expressed his thanks for our order. That is not something we are used to at Subway restaurants.

Because of that first experience, we have returned several times and have had great food and atmosphere each time. If you want a Subway sandwich and are in this area, buy yours here.

This is the second time I've attempted to eat at this location and they were not open during their posted hours of operation. Hours say they open at 8:30, first time I arrived at 8:45 and there were employees in the store but the doors were locked. Second time I got there at 9am and the doors were open but the employees said they weren't ready yet and to come back later. Was going to make this my regular breakfast stop before work but not anymore.

Really irritating when I go in to pick up a DoorDash order and not a single employee in site. Waited about 3 minutes then had to call the store phone just to get the only employee on duty to come inside from his marijuana break (he reeked) so I could get some assistance.

I have eaten here many times with each time being disappointing. Today I ordered two sandwiches on the subway app. I arrived at the time I was supposed to arrive. The lady was argumentative about me picking up my own sandwiches saying I was a DoorDash driver, etc. and wouldn’t hand me my sandwiches. Meanwhile she kept smacking my sandwiches while talking to me…? She tried saying four people have arrived in the past ten minutes trying to pick up my sandwiches. When I opened my sandwiches up, there was no dressing, salt pepper, oil and vinegar, or anything else I requested and paid for. All I’m saying is drive a couple more miles down the road and get a quality sub!
