The dumplings and sushi are standouts, and the 36-hour ramen broth is particularly rich and flavorful, reminiscent of ramen in Japan. The chashu and pork belly are also highlights, being some of the best ever tasted. The O.G Ramen with a fire bomb adds the right amount of kick, and the spicy bomb is packed with flavor. The restaurant uses baby portabella mushrooms in their ramen, instead of the more typical shiitake. The service is excellent, and the environment is nice, quiet, and super clean. Despite minor delays in refills, the reasonably priced and filling food makes it worth a visit—many guests return multiple times.
