The cafe is often busy inside, not leaving much room to sit at certain times of the day, though it can also be quiet. The seating is a mix of high tables, couches, and comfy chairs, which is stylish and makes it a perfect spot to read. The place is very clean despite decent sized crowds, with an eclectic crowd of all ages. The staff are super friendly and swift, providing quick service and happily modifying recipes, such as making drinks less sugary.

Their hot lattes are unbelievable, including the unique Summer Moon latte, available in sweet (full moon), half sweet (half moon), or quarter sweet (quarter moon) versions. Other excellent drinks include the iced coffee, the full summer moon iced, the hot chocolate with whipped cream, and the Matcha Moon Latte, which can be customized with lavender or hazelnut. The chai is piping hot and stays hot. Food items are absolutely delicious, including a rich and moist banana chocolate chip muffin, a very sweet and yummy mixed berry poptart, and a plain croissant.
