Definitely more of a “budget hibachi” type feel here. Immediately was bummed when we were informed they had ran out of filet, lobster and scallops. Otherwise pretty good experience. Food was good one no one got sick.
Friendly waitress and we had a good chef. The volcano roll was delicious, the chicken fried rice was seasoned and prepared well, veggies were delicious, my chicken was juicy, the Godzilla (alcoholic beverage) was a nice treat, and the portions were fair for our table of four. Honestly not much of a show compared to other hibachi restaurants, definitely wasn't an $83 experience for a single person.
We went there for my 70th birthday with all of the kids, grand-kids and great grand-kids. We had two tables right next to each other. Our server was perfect. Always on top of drink refills, obtaining items needed, like forks, knives, napkins, etc. Our chefs were awesome, funny and very talented and entertaining. Highly recommend Sumo and will go again. The cost is very well worth it.

Only issue just a little too noisy.
