Don't go there at night expecting fresh good food at night. It's just leftovers from lunch, and it gets dry. Service was very good but food is better at lunchtime. Quality seems to have gone down.
Had a really good lunch here. A friend introduced me to this place. I would highly recommend the Lumpia and chicken. Excellent service.
The only thing I would say is cover the tables, kept having little black pieces rub of the table on my arms and hands. The tables just might be old. Also the fish was dry but had a good flavor.
