This is hands down my absolute FAVORITE spot for authentic Mexican food! I don’t live in San Antonio, and I’m not from here, but trust me—I know good Mexican food when I taste it. And this place? Worth every mile of the 4-hour drive I make just to eat here once a month! The food is consistently amazing, the margaritas are perfection, and I’ve never had a single bad experience. I’m hooked!

Tías Taco Hut offers a unique dining experience, with a menu that includes not only tacos but also American burgers. The restaurant is known for its cleanliness and efficient service, with a friendly staff and quick turnaround on orders. Popular menu items include the shrimp buns, chicken fajita tacos, and the carne guisada burrito. While some customers find the prices a bit high, the food is generally praised for its taste and quality. According to recent reviews, the food is very good, but there have been some issues with order accuracy, such as receiving the wrong type of enchiladas. However, one customer who is not from the area considers Tías Taco Hut their "absolute favorite spot for authentic Mexican food" and makes a 4-hour drive to dine there once a month.
