4/07/2024 at about 1 pm. We arrived at this location and expected to be seated. The lady working talked to us like we should have known. All other location I have been to always seated us. He customer service was horrible. Like she is unhappy with people who haven't been to this particular location. I mentioned to her about belated and her response was well that other locations, but with an attitude. My wife asked about getting guacamole fresh with no salt and the lady proceeded to look at my wife like it was an unusual request. The lady to us they always make guacamole the same everywhere you go. All this was with a dismissing attitude.

Not that hard! Only wanted to-go cups for drink order. Our entire order was to go maybe skimping on details, maybe skimping on portion...either way, customer loses! We consistently eat at Tia's on Bandera and Potranco, prefer the full dine-in experience. People serve you, they provide chips and salsa, and plates are worth the money! At this location the people are only worried about themselves. Also, food was bland and more onion, chile, and tomatoes than egg and machacado. When person who took out order apologized for to-go foam, no attempt at any recovery! Service is basic. Save yourself a trip!

I got there around 7 pm and there was only a few customers in the restaurant. I was helped pretty much immediately by the cashier. I ordered the picadillo plate and was served the plate pretty quickly. I also ordered horchata, which was self serve. The food was pretty grood. The tortillas were a bit crispy, which I'm not used to, but it varied the texture of the food and made everything taste better. My only criticism was the beans were a bit dry, but it still tasted good. The horchata was also super good, it was much better than a lot of other Mexican restaurants. I'm definitely going to be going back there regularly.

Plenty of delicious food, customer service with a smile, and wonderful atmosphere makes this a great place to eat.

First visit, ordered huevos rancheros, bacon, flour and tortillas. The food was very good in spite of the bacon being very charred. I was starving so I didn’t complain, just wrapped it in a tortilla and continue with my meal.Love the decor… the paintings are beautiful, colorful, and brought back many memories!Disappointed that (after we ordered, had our drinks, seated, and were settled) we were told we had to move indoors… something about needing to keep the doors locked… but the patio door was unlock… oh well…Even with those things I will go back… good Mexican food like mom’s is hard to find!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to speak with THREE people for them to even understand. I ordered 4 tacos, 3 were wrong like not even close. Bean and cheese tacos are not hard, it's even printed on the ticket! ‍ I called and he basically told me well you ordered thru the app so that's why it's wrong. Then said well I didn't cook them. Horrible customer service. Didn't care and had the worst attitude. Told me I should have called in and maybe they'd be right and he could help me.

I have recently started visiting Tia's Taco Hut. One visit the young man had no idea the prices. He jacked up a dozen flour tortillas 2.00, from 4.00 to 6.00. And had no idea about the enchilada special price or offer. This past Saturday I was TOLD to bring smaller bills all I had was a 50.00. Then when they brought out my dine in plate in a styrofoam container. I insisted in redoing it on a real plate. The temp of my food was only like warm. Also I asked about the migas missing any thing to flavor them... onions peppers tomatoes and I was informed that was chiliquiles. I had googled the recipe before I spoke up. I've had migas many other places and 100 times better. I feel the food and service need an attitude adjustment. Not returning anytime soon!!

They have great lunch specials with a drink for only 8.99 that you serve yourself. With free chips and salsa.

Ive actually been living nearby to this place for a good while now and just recently decided to try it out, was not disappointed at all. It's a bit different from the average Mexican restaurants where you sit down and have a waiter come to your table. You'll order at the front and take your number to the table you wish to sit at, not what I expected but I honestly never minded. The food was pretty, simple menu that has everything you'd expect to see, from breakfast to dinner and happy hours.Lovely outdoor seating and the inside looks nice too, drinks are self serve as is the coffee, so you can get different drinks if you choose to do so.
