This location was a bad experience tonight. I made an online order for drive-thru pickup and it was all wrong. I ordered 3 supreme lux boxes and 2 soft tacos. 2 lux boxes had customization done (extra add-ons). When I drove up and said good evening, the cashier worker just looked at me. No hospitality or a welcoming vibe. I picked up my order and came home and everything was wrong. I did not get my soft tacos, one of the drinks was incorrect (I received a starry instead of a mtn dew), my lux boxes were also incorrect. I was charged for extra add-ons into my order, but did not receive the add-ons. So I wasted extra money for add-ons I never got and for some incomplete items. Not sure how they got my order completely wrong despite having an online order done w/ specifications.

First of all it was not busy at all so there is no excuse for the service and the food being disappointing. We got home before we realized we were missing half of our food. Tried to call the store to ask about the missing food and their phone didn't work. When I went into the store that manager that was on the register acted like I was inconveniencing her. Also the reason. We couldn't look in the bag to make sure all the food was there was because I made the mistake of asking for extra sauce lol. The food was not worth the $60

Just wanted to give a shout out to the lovely Ms Nae Nae on my visit 7/15/2025 she was extremely polite and courteous , unfortunately it's not often anymore that anyone is polite or friendly in the fast food business anymore, order is never right , bad attitudes , messed up orders is the new norm unfortunately, so thank you for making my evening with your smile and friendly encounter

Fast food at its finest, taco bell with stand the test of time
This is the new design building for Taco Bell. The drive through lane was good. The speaker worked well. They also can display the order on the outdoor monitor. The Taco Bell takes online/app orders.
