Manager Mary is awesome! I mobile order through the app around 3:30 cause someone was going to get it and deliver to me but then bailed on me. I called right after to see if you can keep an eye on it. Later around 5:30 I called and got referred to manager to see what can be done for my order so it can be hot and not cold so they offered to remake it and it was perfect. What great costumer service. And meat was good!

Trust me Taco Bell, receiving dozens of packets of sauce that I DID NOT order is not the boon you might think it is! The only good thing that may become of this is that I will try mailing in these packets once empty in hopes they are recycled. I am through with ordering sauce packets, this excessiveness has repercussions for the environment, and though I order vegan food and skip the drink and straw, I must seriously advise against ordering sauce packets. Buy a bottle of hot sauce! Ditch the single use garbage!

Ordered in drive thru about 12:15am the male cashier was very nice but when I tried to add something small to the order someone from the back line yelled no adding at window we would Have to drive around again. So I just went ahead and ordered again for that one item on drive. I got home the food was not only disappointing there was literally nearly no lettuce or cheese the chalupas were hard stale the chicken chipotle melt was cold like they just put the items together and not heat it up as it’s supposed to. This is the big difference of different shifts morning and mid are great with the food and service but this late night s very disappointing I paid nearly $25 for this to only have the cashier do their job correctly. I didn’t get a picture of the crunchy tacos due to my husband was hungry got off late from work. Never again going at night.

We got 2 supreme lux boxes, the tacos and burritos had very little meat, all lettuce and barely any cheese!!! The worst Taco Bell experience ever!!!!

Forced to put 1 star because I can’t put 0 Came on a Friday evening, not busy inside or in the drive thru. Service and quality was beyond terrible. After receiving the taco pictured below it was promptly and politely returned, the team member looked annoyed that they had to re make the order. I have frequented this location many times without any issues, this experience will definitely make me think twice before visiting again.

I hate that the food came out so fast I was missing a chicken chalupa in one of my spicy Cheeto combos had getting screwed over the meat portion is already small without them shorting me missing items didn’t know till I was home :(

Usually this place is GREAT. This time there was no one to help at the counter, multiple orders were wrong or missing ingredients, and they don't know what to do when you're self order screens freeze. Bummer

It just seemed that the employee didn’t wanna work. I get it. It’s a hard job to deal with motors and people but at the same time if you’re refusing to do service to be on your phone relax take a sleep take a nap. Everybody’s gotta work.
