This is an older location; or at least it is an older setup. The particular night we went was slow, but they were not cleaning as tables were becoming empty. The restrooms were also unkept. Did like that the condiment bar was open.

The night shift manager and employees (specifically the female employee on night shift) knock off during there shift and can't even get an order right even if your the only car in the drive thru ! At least if your gunna knock off and get someone's order wrong give them a free drink or something ..you have a job there for a reason . Slackers

Hours on drive through box were clearly stated as 6 am to midnight. Yet showed up at 10:10 pm and no response. Lights were on inside, but it looked like no one was there at all. Drove away after a few minutes.

This is the second time from this location that i have received expired orange juice. I ordered off Grub Hub so I was not in the restaurant to let them know.

Horrible service. I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to notice me at the counter. Then I was totally ignored for almost 10 minutes when I approached the counter to ask for some lettuce. The worker came to the order counter, yelled "order number 4" right in front of me and didn't even acknowledge me. I had said "excuse me" to get her attention, she heard me, and just blatantly ignored me. Then another worker acted like it was an insane request to ask for lettuce. My burrito was sloppy and so was the service. The owners should be ashamed of this. The best thing was the Dr. Pepper and that's because it wasn't made by this crew! So pathetic and I will never be back to this location. I actually would like my money back that is how horrible everything was.

Margaritas are watery and weak now. They used to be so good. They jacked the price up from $3 to $3.50. They’re worth $2 at best. I’m done with taco cabana. My friend and I visited this location last night and ordered margaritas to go and the cashier didn’t even fill them up. What was supposed to be a 12 oz drink turned out to be an 8 oz drink for as much space they left at the top.
Worst Taco Cabana I have ever visited. The staff is so bad that we will never return. Wish we could choose less than one star?

Placed my order through the app. Pick up time was 4:20- food ready time was 4:40. On top of that order was not complete. They forgot my queso!! I call the store and twice it goes to voicemail. How's that for service?

I really like this place. I have been there a number of times and EVERY time I have gone they have given me hot food. The only thing I don’t like is that at times they don’t pay attention to what you order and they may get it wrong so you HAVE to ALWAYS check your food before you leave. One time I asked for a salad bowl with no rice and they gave me rice anyway and one time I went and said no sour creamAnd they gave me EXTRA sour cream. Today my husband asked for no lettuce and he got lettuce. However, Despite the many mess ups I still like them.

This was my first time going to the taco cabana and it's my last time too. I wanted to order the 12 taco box but I wanted to customize it there had to have been miscommunication or just not understanding I ended up getting charged $60 when the taco box only should've been 21 I asked at the window to take back the tacos that I didn't want they told me they can't. Over priced for basic tacos don't recommend

Great place for lunch. If you want to fajita tacos ask for the duo, they are 2 for 5 dollars if you dont ask. They are 5 each.
Great pizza, 2 for 1 pizza on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
