Most of the time this TC's is great. However, the 'skip the line' and order online did not work for us this time. I ordered 20 minutes before I was supposed to pick up. I had my 3 yr old in tow so I thought this was the best option to get to the church on time with 24 tacos in hand. So, I called to let them know I was there and they said it would be a few minutes. That's fine. I was a few minutes early(10:09). The time that it was supposed to be ready( 10:14 on the app) and the time I waited was 10:26. I decided to go in since ID already called from outside. It was sitting on the counter and there was NO line in the drive thru. The time it took for me to get my little one out just to get the food was not worth ' skipping the line' . just something for anyone to watch out for. Especially if you have a child in tow without another parent present. Wish things weren't a ' now' generation so the ones that need help would be able to get help without retaliation or condisention from those serving them. I needed them to bring the tacos out to save time on getting my little one in and out of the car for a large order. I thought that's what 'skip the line' meant. I'll know better next time. You should too.! Drive thru is timed so there in lies the answer is my guess!

Wanted some great breakfast burritos and decided to stop in to Taco Cabana. I got the chorizo, egg and potato burrito with some salsa verde. Great decision!!

Place was clean employees were nice and courteous food was very good as usual. I had a margarita and it tasted good and the price was right.
The food here is okay. I recommend sticking to one of their more popular dishes. The wait staffcan usually help with this decision. The service was good but it seemed a little hurried. I am sure they are less busy with a smaller crowd. The portions were average size. The location seems used, but well taken care of. Ultimately I would recommend this establishment. There are better places out there though.

Lady at the window (Olga) name shows on my receipt) was very rude and in a rush. I asked for certain condiments at the end of order she tells me to ask at the window instead, gets upset cause i ask AGAIN for what i asked at the speaker. No napkins, food was put together sloppy, windows were slammed multiple times. Would probably work on better service from staff.

To all Taco Cabana Managers, this chain will close many Restaurants within a few years... due to bad quality of food, low quality of Service, bit higher prices than other places , cold attitudes...etc etc... you'll see

I went to this location this morning #101 I have never in my life got treated with the most respect and kindness , Terry and Olga treated me like family all the Taco Cabanas I went to are very rude this location I'll keep on going there them two ladies have great customer service I've ever seen, they all deserve a big raise keep up the great work ladies
