The worst food I have ever had. Everything was old. Beans were hard and dried out. Enchilada was rubber. Tortillas were stale. Queso was disgusting. I'm never going back. Fed the food to my dogs

Horrible customer service, I communicated clearly of what I would like to order and it was wrong. I went inside to order what was missing and there was no greeting when walking in and it took a while for someone to come to the front although there was no line or anyone inside. No apology for the wait or anything. I don't usually post reviews and I'm very patient but I strongly believe in good customer service.. trust me a smile and positive attitude goes a long way. It should be applied at this location more often.

Parking: I mean it was a clear parking lot it's always a clear parking lot when I go there p do you have to worry about people thinking your car when you get out there. Well that's a plus
I paid $42.11 for 10 chicken fajita tacos, they had 8 made, they put them in the oven to heat them up and they were cold and stiff, the cold tortillas, the old chicken and then they gave me another 2 and those were freshly made and hot, we didn't say anything because we had to Let's go quickly but I have never eaten tacos like this at Taco Cabana, horrible

The ice tea was watered down, there is no empathy with the customer, the food looked like the oil was old, they didn't have any soft drinks, on the menu on the website they say they have beyon meat but they don't have any. Very little foir the price.

Haven't been in a while. Place was filthy. No customers but tables were dirty. The salsa bar was filthy and nothing left. It was 5pm so they weren't closing. It really was dirty. Needed to be swept and mopped. Food was OK. My taco was cold though. I won't be back.

Enchilada plate not so good really stuck to plate, sauce was harsh skimpy rice and beans .fajita bowl was very smal hardly any beans and veggies...

I REALLY wanted to give 5 stars! I LOVE the cabana bowls, had not had one in months, so I bought a chicken fajita bowl today. 1-The bowl itself tasted burned, so I stopped and went in, they gave me another bowl. BUT they DO NOT TASTE THE SAME! They may have a new brand of ingredients—I cannot eat this bowl, unfortunately, even when not burned. It does not taste the same as what I’ve eaten before! 2-The photos of these bowls show a bowl FULL! Mine barely made the halfway mark—I wish I had taken a photo-it was neatly done, but nothing like I remembered in terms of quantity!? 3-I applaud the young lady who waited on me—great customer service! 4-The inside of TACO C looked clean and great!!!
I WANT TO END THIS ON A POSITIVE! Last week my daughter ordered the loaded fries with roast beef. THEY WERE SOOOOOO GOOD- WE COULD NOT BELIEVE how much we enjoyed every bite—and filling!!!
