I visited this location when I took my mother to a doctor's appointment she wanted something to eat so we stopped in and we had not so great of a food experience will be ordered was not made very well and the items that went into that we're very lacking in the portions. When I ordered a drink for my mother they didn't have any ice and her drink no big deal she asked for some ice they never brought it. Then when I went to the counter to ask for some ice instead of giving me a little bit of ice she gives me a big huge 64 oz cup full of ice still no big deal the attitude and the smug look on her face said it all.I would not recommend going to this location there was only one employee that took our orders that was kind and I could tell that she didn't like to be there. I would give it no star ratings avoid dislocation unless you want to be insulted

One star due to cleanliness. It’s very obvious that the men’s restroom hasn’t been properly cleaned in at least 2-3 weeks. This smell and condition does not happen within a few days.Urine stained siding and mold building up.The scent was similar to the Rodeo stockyards, and I wish I were exaggerating.Had I not already received my order, I would’ve cancelled. One can only imagine the state of the kitchen. Not another person in the dining area, but there are crumbs everywhere with 70% of the tables visibly dirty. No tea made/ out front.Neglected soda machine.I’d flip out if I saw one of my stores in this condition. Please get some more training and/ or higher pay to increase pride here. Very sad to see from a local chain.Only upside was that the young lady was very fast and friendly.

From the time I walked in, I was greeted by a dude named Alex. Great guy and very respectful. Being my first time in a TC I wasn’t sure on what to order. He recommended something I don’t think I’ll ever stray away from. It was delicious and on point. Definitely found my go to joint. Keep up the great work bud.

Visited for dinner. Last time I did was over 10 years ago and I am surprised they are still in operation. Ordered 4 asada tacos and a drink. The tacos comprised of yellow (what looked like ordinary store bought corn tortillas) drenched in oil to be heated I guess and the amount of asada in each taco was a greedily pinch of meat which could be eaten in two bites, no exaggeration. I ended up combining the tacos to make two full tacos and was in a hurry to leave. My guest ordered the same thing and I'm pretty sure they were only filled up due to the order of extra tortillas, rice and beans. Not it Taco Cabana. Not to mention the bill was over $35. I'll make my own at home next time.

I had an amazing experience here! One of the only places that was open New Years Eve. Only 2 people were staffed and they were very attentive and amicable and friendly. The food was amazing as always. We got a student discount and we were simply taken care of. If I lived in San Antonio I would be a regular here.

I will never understand why an employee of an establishment chooses to be rude on a day-to-day basis. Went in for breakfast tacos, and when I asked for salsa, the gentleman rolled his eyes, turned back around and proceeded to make a joke with his coworker, because they both began to laugh, and when I get to my destination to eat my tacos, they gave me frozen salsa. I was clearly the butt of their joke because I asked for salsa at a place with taco in the name of the restaurant. Some people are just miserable and have no business working in a customer facing position.

She was so kind and wanted to make things right)

The hours for the drive-through said that this location is open till 10 PM. It's only 9:10 and they're locked up and nobody's there. I waited at the drive-through window for about five minutes and gave up. Maybe there wasn't enough staff.

Great service. The manager here- Irma- is amazing! She really cares about her customers. I had an issue with my order and she went above and beyond to fix it for me! I will definitely be returning ??
