They serve me without tortillas, I have to stop for them 5 minutes later I stop, they give me one, they tell me right now we'll bring you the other 2, I'm still waiting and they still haven't arrived, very bad service, they're useless.

I ordered a lettuce wrapped taco with white rice, cheese, chicken breast and tomatoes. When i got home I got a soggy lettuce wrap, with chicken fajita (with spices) and spanish rice. No cheese, no white rice, no chicken breast, and no tomatoes. I called to speak to a manager, and they told me to come get the new tacos. I drove back to Taco Palenque and when i pick up my tacos, they were still missing the tomatoes and cheese, I told the manager and they handed me two containers. When i got home, the white rice was all clumped together in one piece, it was chewey, the tomato smelled like vinager (which i cant eat) and the lettuce was even worst than the first tacos. Now im dealing with horrible stomach pain due to the spices they put in the chicken. Terrible experience, and i will definitely never go back again, even though i was a regular customer.

Every time I think it’ll be good and every time they mess up my order, take forever (like over 10 minutes for 1-2 item orders) in the drive thru, and everything is just a slop of grease and cheese

I paid $3 for this taco which they put two tortillas and hardly any food. I hardly go because of things like this. Now I won’t be going back.

Terrible, 0 stars, paid $22 for a taco and nachos… ended up looking and tasting like pig slop. Stick to your local family owned Mexican restaurants.

Horrible I asked for 2 piratas and 2 breakfast piratas potato and egg they end up only giving me 2 beef fajitas tacos and 2 potatoe and eggs tacos.....I go to the drive thru again and they act like they dont know what a pirata taco is and ask me if I know what it is I told them it's with bean an cheese and there was no bean and cheese in these tacos this is taco palenque you would think the employees know what a Pirata is.... I wasted almost an hr in the drive thru with them, trying to get my order correct. This was mon, September 23 2024

I’ve been a loyal customer of Taco Palenque for years, always enjoying the great food and generally friendly service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. (At this specific location) When I politely asked for lemons, I was met with rudeness from the staff. To make matters worse, when I raised the issue with the manager, Michelle R., her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. This is not the standard I’ve come to expect from Taco Palenque. Such disrespectful service is unacceptable and has seriously tarnished my view of this restaurant.
