We were at the Rim location just now. We sat in the bar area and immediately left. The floor had chips, old french fries on the floor and under the table. I had even said something about the floor needed sweeping as the hostess sat us. She didnt even bother to come back to address that. We got up and left. My family went in and seated quickly. We were never helped. No waiter even acknowledged us. We left after waiting for 15 mins. Very disappointed
First time there and everything was good from food,drinks and service. Will be one my go to places . Great Atmosphere!!!
