Tacomadre Taco Truck

This taco truck was next to a storage facility in Texas, San Antonio. Good place to stop any great tasty tacos.

Honestly, I’m going to give my honest review of this place used to be good! However, since then they’ve been dishonest with their menu. It’s been about three times since march since I’ve ordered Tripas and they’ve not been available. They say that they’re out but honestly, I think that they are just not providing them anymore because I order about 4 PM 5 PM. This place needs to take the tripas off their menu period charging people extra! If they don’t provide them or buy them for their business….It’s giving cheap! I will not be ordering from this place anymore as I’ve been ordering for 3+ years and been given replacement of Carnitas or barbacoa… very greasy not even asada! This is probably the third order I’ve been given a replacement Mind you I pay extra for premium meat. This place needs to take it off of their menu. The workers have disclosed that the owner does not provide them with inventory nor take it off of the menu and that is being dishonest! Like I said, this place used to be good. Money changes people!

Top tier tacos and highly recommend this food truck. All of our guests love the food and mentioned it multiple times. Great customer service and communication. From Canada and came down to San Antonio and their team was able to help support our event.

Everything we ordered was hot and delicious. Wings were covered and crispy, a whole box of fries, nachos were hot. Salsas were all perfection. Spicy and flavorful. We ordered the barriapizza and it was LOADED with meat and cheese. The consome had the perfect amount of salt. Fresh limes, cilantro and onions were provided as well. Churros were made to order and good but id skip the chocolate sauce next time. My oldest wanted a burger and it was huge and delicious no frills but also no bs upcharges just what any teenager wants and parents need. We spent $60 on a feast. This wasn't our first time eating the food but frirst time sitting and eating. The worker on site was super nice and talked to us. Music was early 2000s and the day was beautiful. 10/10 will be back. Two of my picky kids were satisfied and my non picky kid was thrilled. We waited less than 10 minutes for our food.

We went to order from there because we didn’t want to pay delivery fees and I’m so glad we did. Plenty of seating space, service was super friendly, and the food… it was the best part of it all! We tried the gorditas, the tacos dorados, pizza birria, and the torta and it was all AMAZING. The only one we weren’t a fan of were the steak fries, but other than that everything was delicious.
I’m definitely referring all my family and friends!

Wish I could give zero stars, this place is not worth the time and or money. Food has no taste the birria consome is watered down on top of that I waited about 2hrs for my food eve though I ordered online. Try to order once on the phone and they left me on the line for at least 15 mins and did not start making my order till I got there even tho I had already paid for it! I recommend not wasting your time here.

Great food good service! Lots of options, as you can see. Highly recommended. They have lots of tables outside that are covered. Plus they have a sweets/snack truck right next to it.

This is one of my favorite taco places of all time! The tacos are always great quality and everything else we’ve tried since I first found out about this place has been delicious. I love coming here on the evenings, it’s such a fun environment. They have music playing and lights up. You can tell that they really put a lot of effort and quality into their dishes. I also appreciate how efficient their ordering process is, you can even wait in your car when it’s hot. This is our go-to place for a quick taco dinner!!

I went to Tacomadre Taco Truck while visiting my sisters in San Antonio, Texas and the food was very good. I know Spanish so the guy was really impressed and they were so kind. I had a burrito 🌯 but my mom got mine and I got hers and we got them mixed up but all of the food was good. The only thing about the atmosphere was that the tables were wet but I was eating outside so I mean duh. Anyways I enjoyed Tacomadre Taco Truck and people visiting, or native to San Antonio should try it!
