Quesabirria Tacos (3)
(3) 5.5inch Crispy Nixtamal Yellow Corn tortillas, filled with tender braised beef and Monterrey cheese, served with lime wedges, salsas (2), cilantro, red onion and rich consume broth for dipping.
(2) Mexican Hot Dogs
(2) Chimex Hot Dogs, stuffed with Asadero cheese, and bacon wrapped, seared to perfection, on warm hoagie buns, topped with mayo, ketchup, mustard, grilled onions, served with pico, guacamole, lime wedges and salsas (2).

Great food. Great prices,and a great menu. I wish they had more dishes. But a food truck can only do so much. I recommend a tortilla pizza type. More like a big Quesadilla. Sliced like a pizza. I also enjoyed Birrilla. The potato with choice of meat was one of my favorites. Everything on the menu is worth trying. Very reasonably priced. I also recommend to drink, pineapple soda, or cucumber. Their service is great. You also don't have to wait long. It's pure take out....

Absolutely the best quesa birria!!! Everything tastes authentic we also had the chicken quesadilla, fajita quesadilla and borracho beans!!! You have to give this place a try! Super yummy!!!!!Edit- back for the second time! ???

Love this place! You have to try the birria tacos dorados. The food truck is very clean. They have great customer service. The menu has a variety of options. There's plenty of parking and the location is easily accessible.
