The food was so delicious, even better then most fritanga restaurant in Miami
I'm actually still eating as I write this review, the food is delicious. I ordered the popusas and they're some of the best I've tried in San Antonio. I highly recommend this place!
Love this spot for authentic Salvadorean and Nicaraguan food. It's cozy and locally owned. It's real food and prepared when you order so it takes a little time to get your food. It's definitely worth the visit if you want to try Central American food.
What a wonderful place! Our first time here and the food was great and filling. The owner even helped us with pronunciation too 😄. My husband and I were able to eat and enjoy each other’s company without being interrupted multiple times. Definitely will be returning

Restaurantji Recommends
I’ve always gotten pupusas from different places in San Antonio and this place is far the worst. They are expensive and not even all that. 5 dollars for 1 pupusa is crazy to me. I recommend La Playa Restaurant if anyone wants good Salvadoran food.

I was so tired of the same breakfast so I decided to venture out to this place and it did not disappoint. The pupusas we ordered were huge and delicious. Their salsa was also delicious. I'm looking forward to coming here for lunch or dinner. The person working the counter was very kind and welcoming. Also havent seen such fair pricing in a while. They were fairly priced.

8AM on a Wednesday, was empty and closed. 7:30 listed as open time on door. Nothing posted on door about being closed. Unfortunate.
I drove from northeast side to this place and try the pupusas and the Salvadoran food. Just for a waitress to come to us, it took 30 minutes. When the waitress came, an older lady from the kitchen came out, and started yelling at her for taking our order. It took another 30 minutes for our appetizers to come and they were very small for the price. 4 small plantain slices for $7. We waited another hour and then we saw that other people were getting their food first. We spoke to the manager and he said he didn’t care about the situation and that there was nothing he can do.
