Came to San Antonio for a medical appt and met the friendliest staff ever. Katalyna from the bistro bar was awesome. Very helpful with everything and very friendly..very knowledgeable in her area . Kazzandra inbthe front desk was very helpful, courteous, assisted in locations of San Antonio and directions. Jason and Jin also were super friendly and fast with our food items we ordered. Timely manner and on point. Will definitely come back to this location.
Isaiah at the front desk was amazing! I needed some really important papers printed and he made sure it happened! The room was super clean and all the staff was very helpful. I will definitely be back to stay again!
I had the most amazing stay at the Marriott at the Rim near Six Flags. Tammy the staff member, was an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made a difference. Every day, her welcoming smile and genuine interest in making my stay great brightened my day. Tammy’s exceptional service turned my work trip into a memorable and pleasant experience. Kudos to Tammy and the Marriott team for their outstanding hospitality!
Do not stay here. All of the furniture is in need of replacing and the rooms are in need of updating. The mattress on the pull out sofa was worn, flat. Could feel the springs through the mattress on the bed. Overall the condition of the room was heavily lived in. The customer service was great.
Do Not stay here, your car is not safe. My family stayed the night and because of our schedules we met there. This means we had 2 vehicles. Both were broken into in the parking lot. One happened between 4 and 6 in the afternoon and the other presumably overnight. There was at least 1 other vehicle broken into at that same time. After talking to the manager it was apparent that it was a regular occurence there. Beware!!
My initial interaction with the front desk clerk tamike was jarring and very disappointing. Arrived way Past check in time to find my room had been given away was a huge let down. The young lady didn’t have any sympathy for my 15 hour drive. She reached out to James at court yard across the way to see if he had a room available ( he did that I had to pay for). I think she should’ve not given my room away I’d reserved this room for a wee more tan a month in advance. She didn’t assure me that I would have a room for the rest of the week. Checking out of the courtyard and waiting to check in to residence caused us to miss a scheduled event we wer scheduled to attend on Tuesday. My stay was pleasant aside from tamika interaction. The room was clean but it was dated. The paint on the bathroom door was bubbling and pealing. The bathroom was dark and cavernous The switch plate in the bathroom kept falling off the wall The coffee pot was dirty wasn’t able to use it, the buttons were not labeled as to what the did I probably could’ve used some directions on the ice maker in the fridge The couch had a huge mystery stain on it
Last minute stay here at Courtyard near Six Flags and it was amazing. Both front desk staff, Isaiah and the young lady who checked us in made the experience worth it. Definitely will be visiting again ☺️
Great visit, clean hotel that met my overall needs as I travelled in for business. Staff was fantastic and I will be booking on my next trip in the next few weeks. Overall it was a good experience and met my wants in a business hotel.
Excellent staff! Isaiah was great at the front desk, very helpful at accommodating our needs. Excellent location, very close to many restaurants and shopping centers, including Fiesta Texas. However the room felt a little stuffy/humid unless we had the air at 70.
Although I think there is an opportunity to improve on the caliber of the mattresses and bedding, the service exceeded my expectations. Isaiah at the front desk was especially helpful with the questions I had upon checkout. When I checked in the gal at the front desk was wonderful as well and I saw her throughout my stay. She had a wonderful disposition with all the guests. I’m sorry I can’t recall her name as well.

Experience was awesome, ended up getting the Waygu steak is was graded A4-A5. Wine selection was a great pairing to the steak. Luca Malbec. Would definitely go back to this restaurant.

I been here for 3 days and I haven't seen anyone on sight. I waited around the lobby for one hour and no one appeared. Terrible advertising..
