The Buckhorn Saloon and Museum is definitely a place to visit while you’re in San Antonio!! The amount of animals and artifacts on display are absolutely amazing. I’ll have to try their restaurant the next time I’m there, but overall with it being my first time visiting the Buckhorn I give it a 10/10! 😁

The Buckhorn Saloon & Museum is a restaurant offering a spicy bloody mary and a tasty Buckhorn Burger. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a unique ambiance created by big game trophies on the walls. The museum, which features real animal heads including a jackalope, is interesting and worth a visit. The restaurant has a clean and pleasant appearance. Parking is available across the street. The mounted animals gaze down from the walls, hinting at tales untold. It's more than just a saloon; it's a mystery waiting to be uncovered. The gift shop is legit. The food is ok, nothing fancy. The bar is decent, with a couple of TVs showing sports. The museum is a pleasant surprise with fun stuffed animals, interesting Texas Rangers/cowboy history, and displays. There is a small arcade area, but the rifle range is cool. The decor of old Texas just tops it off.
