Jack was the BEST. So cool. So nice. So patient. He has so many tables and did WORK. 10/10 would be served by Jack again.

Came here for a food special.
They have great prices and the food typically tastes great.
But our table all ordered with the bartender, who was definitely way too busy to be dealing with as much as they were.
No quality customer service, just irritation of his voice as our group of 6 began ordering with him.
He still had to make drinks in between people he was serving and taking orders.
And he probably needed help.

But as we all ordered our food and waited over the course of an hour, two people didn’t get the items they wanted.
One was edamame and the other was the Katsu sliders.

The host argued with us that we had received it because the bartender said we did. And our table of 5 that ordered several plates and drinks stated that she didn’t, as she had been waiting for over an hour. They also stated that the order didn’t exist because she didn’t have a paper receipt, but she didn’t receive one and the charge was in the bank app as well already.

After 5 more minutes, the host finally comes and says the chef will take care of it himself personally.

Then the food finally reaches the table after a couple of people leave and the pork cutlet feels cold but the buns are burnt BLACK!!
And we couldn’t help but laugh due to the audacity, it was just too funny.

But I’ve been a patron here personally since day 1, where the owners and chef would sit down and visit with customers and get an in person review.

It’s so sad to see how far down the service has fallen, because I believe in the mission of the Cherrity Bar and have always been happy to throw my money here.
It was also embarrassing for me to go on about how amazing this place is and for this to be the service our table of 5 was served.

Hopefully something changes. The food was great, but we definitely didn’t appreciate the service or the accusations of not actually paying for what we ordered.

Here is a picture and a video of what they had given us.
My friend went home hungry after a long day and didn’t feel good after the lack of hospitality.

I first tried this place at the Boeing Tech Port Arena, but after coming to the home kitchen, more hooked than a closet full of hangers! The tonkatsu is one of the best ever & I recommend an extra serving of shitake mushrooms that are so flavorful and rich. The broth itself is delicious and the combination of all the ingredients differs slightly than the Tech Port location, which seems to be the key factor in overall taste. Definitely a must for any of my non-local visitors!

Jack was personable and super attentive! He have great food and drinks recommendations--he really knew the menu!

The food is consistently too salty. My friends have noticed this too in the past, so it is consistent.

The food was excellent. Really cool vibes inside and Jack our server was very fun, interesting, and attentive to the needs of our table. It was a pleasure meeting him and I’d highly recommend coming to this restaurant if you’re in town. Plus I love that they donate a portion of their proceeds to good causes and they allow you to choose where that will go.

Ernie the owner is a really chill guy, great conversation and alcohol suggestions. The place is clean and the vibe is stellar not to mention the proceeds go to charities hence the name. A must see if in the area. Would absolutely return in the future.

Lio had awesome customer service as well, very attentive and friendly.

Atmosphere is cool
But food is not good, we got 5 different small plates and they all tasted the same. All with same seasoning perhaps
Also came out freezing cold

Ramen is not great very basic ramen. Everything tastes high in ginger and kimchi

The painkiller cocktail was probably my favorite part of the meal

Disappointed spent around 200$ for not good quality food or service

Reminds me of hot joy and best quality daughter both of which made me sick to my stomach

Would not suggest this restraint unfortunately

Danielle and Eric were so kind and accommodating! I came in for the first time on my lunch break and they gave the best recommendations and had me in and out. The food was so good, and I loved getting to donate to the charity of my choice. 10/10 experience. I will be back!
