The Creamery At South Park

Kassandra needs to work on her attitude. The way she treated her customers is terrible. No eye contact, or a smile. Every single worker looked very happy, but that woman seemed to bring the mood down for her workspace and the customers. It’s not that hard to practice your mannerisms.

All I wanted was a drink, and the girls upfront gave me attitude. Like are we serious, it’s not like I asked for the whole menu. Crew needs to be trained for customer service, absolutely ridiculous.

Literally just got out of there right now only asked for a cone and the young guy serving us was having a huge attitude with us I kept telling him what type of cone I wanted and he still kept asking he seemed as if we were being rude and apparently he look like he got offended it was our first time there we didn’t know we had to pay first and gave us just an ugly attitude kept asking what I wanted but never understood probably because of the attitude he was having towards me and my mother my husband obviously was there and upset we still didn’t say anything rude and he kept looking at my husband like if he had a problem with him when yet he was the one being rude the whole time. I suggest hiring people with good customer service

The creamery at South Park mall. Supper large snow con's and large chocolate ice cream's and fast to go mini mangolaides (mango ice drinks) in the fridge.

I stopped for a one scoop pistachio ice cream cone. The ice cream is very good and the service was friendly and efficient. I will stop by again when I’m back at the mall.

Tried the ice cream sundae with brownies and it was amazing! More than I could ask for and employees were friendly. Will definitely come back one day.

Had to wait almost ten minutes before we were served. No one in front of us. Two workers just setting things up. One could have helped us. This was at 1:15 p.m. on 05/10/2021. At South Park

I love blue bell ice cream but the rude behaviour and bad service of this store is disappointing; four service crew stood chatting in one corner not minding the custumers, my kids was ignored wt*; no ice cream in this store anymore!
