I literally come here every morning when I can before work. I love the positive vibes. I'm obsessed with everything I've tried such as teas, waffles, shakes etc. I love the points system, I got a free combo recently!
OMG, where do I begin with the Energy Lab! Rebekha and her team are the best, not to mention the shakes & tea are beyond good! Their shakes and tea are healthy, sugar-free, and low carb! Just tell them your diet needs and they will recommend the right combo for you! I've been coming here for two years and will continue to come here for my health journey needs!

This place has such a great, positive vibe!! Great drinks & food, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. They will tailor to your pallet, just ask! The folks that own and work there are the best!!

Parking: It is in a shopping center, so free parking.
Kid-friendliness: Took my baby there and she was absolutely welcomed with open arms! They have a sofa and coffee table with board games and jenga, so fun for a little spot to chill and enjoy your company and purchases.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on the sidewalk for wheelchair accessibiltiy.
My sibling has been struggling with some food aversions and this place is one of their only safe spaces to get a treat that doesn’t stress them out. The owner is really sweet and always remembers us. The teas are AMAZING and the shakes are very yummy. They just recently did smoothie bowls and they’re super good.
The staff is very friendly and it’s a very at home environment. Ask them for recommendations if it’s your first time or if you feel like trying something new! Try the protein waffles :)
