The girls working are very rude. They messed up my order. I asked for a strawberry snow cone and they gave me some other thing with spicy toppings. I politely asked if they could change it and they said no and that I would have to pay for another one. And they were also very rude about it and said that that’s not what I ordered and the customer behind me had my back and even said that he heard me say strawberry.

My family and I love place. I've been bringing my 17 yr since he was little and now my 7 yr old loves it too. He's very particular and so am I and we love everything that we've tried over the years and the customer service is great. The tigers blood shaved ice is my favorite and my husband loves the sour apple blast. We love this place so much that we drive across town to get there and it has been well worth it every single time. The young man who is always there is very kind, well-mannered, and helpful and our treats are always made to perfection. I recommend this place ?? prices are great as well.

Every time I’ve went to frosty frogs, customer service was amazing. Staff is always respectful and kind. The food is awesome, not only do they have there shaved ice but they offer corn in a cup,nachos,mangonadas and they’re all delicious. Overall its an amazing place with amazing food and service.

My best friend and I started coming here back in 2019 since we worked at mcd. Almost every other day we would just walk there on our breaks. Between the hot Cheetos and cheese, sundaes, and raspas. Everything is always so delicious and hits the spot. Over the past year I realized how much of a small world S.A is. I learned that the owners and I have a friend in common. I also learned that even though this family has probably been through hell and back this past year they are still trying their best to keep this family owned business open. So I’d just like to say thank you for still serving your community in every way possible. The service is always great, and the food of course is very delicious.So please if anyone sees this, before you think about complaining or writing a bad review just remember you never know what people are going through.I hope nothing but the best for this family <3

We went today for the first time. Service was just not it for us. The young boy in the front was very rude. Straight face no smile, harsh attitude. We will not be returning it seemed like he was bothered that we were ordering. No, thank you, we will be taking our business elsewhere.Update- We decided to give this place another try. We understand people have bad days. The service was better this 2nd time. The raspas were really good too.
