I recently moved back to the area and discovered Frosty Frog with my family, and it's quickly become one of our favorite spots! We’ve become regulars and stop by at least once a week. Everything is always fresh, delicious, and made with care. One thing that really stands out is their customer service. We stopped in about 15 minutes before closing one night, and they still prepared everything with the same attention and quality as always. They’re generous with their portions and make sure every item is packed with flavor. The corn in a cup is a definite 10/10 every time! I’m so happy we no longer have to drive far to find a great snack. Frosty Frog has definitely earned a loyal customer in our family!

Cold weather makes me want cold treats and I really like the strawberry ice on the strawberry blast. The corn was very delicious too. I got to eat their leftovers.
you order at the counter and they give you a beeper. You can wait warmly in your car and then grab your goodies.
They were out of the candy apples at that time and after chemo, you want all the spices and all the tart that you couldn’t have all year.

It's a small little truck parked in the parking lot of a couple of big shops! I got a snowcone 32.oz half Pina colada and half wedding cake it was super good and the size was huge for just 7.00 and some cents ! My husband also loved the corn in a cup we took of the lemon pepper seasoning and it was great! I think it was like 12 dollars all together? Don't quote me but it was definitely cheap compared to other places I've been and the shaved ice perfect no super large pieces!

Very finely shaved ice with a good texture. However, I was unhappy that the flavors seem to just be a mix of other flavors. Don’t forget to ask if they actually have a flavor or if they are just mixing what they have and calling it a new flavor. Instead of offering to change my very small cup I ended up throwing it away because I was expecting a different flavor than what was given to me. Next time I’ll probably just ask for a regular flavor.

The employees seem bothered by you, they’re slow to open the window and seem anxious to close it. So bizarre, there’s nothing no glass/windows to see them making your order it’s not a good vibe and although the ice is great they seem to often make mistakes with your order and yet they make it your fault/problem. It’s just ice and syrup, it doesn’t take much effort to provide better customer service and resolve issues… I’ll just drive elsewhere.
