We love this restaurant ....all plates are amazing

Very disappointed at this place, terrible customer service. I went to celebrate my 72nd birthday with my daughters, instead of it being a great experience we had a horrible time, it all began since minute one, when we asked for a table instead of a booth, I have physical difficulty sitting in a booth that's why we asked for a table, we were also waiting on one of my daughters and we were told we could not get a table until everyone was present, the manager was very rude and said we had to wait, at this point I was ready to start eating since I'm a diabetic and I could feel the need for food, there was no choice but to leave. Our experience was horrible, the way they treat customers tells you they need better training in that department, we will definitely NOT go back, we left and went to Kerbey Lane Cafe where our experience was 100% better.
I do NOT recommend Magnolia, it's not worth the time and money, they need to treat customers with dignity and respect, which in my case I didn't get on my birthday.

Mostly a good experience. The food was great and our waitress Karla was very nice. However, I was by myself with a four year old and when we got up to got to the bathroom they threw away all our food. My son came back sad that his food was gone and he didn’t want to wait around for them to remake it. I didn’t want to leave a personal item (purse or phone) behind in a public place to be stolen. Typically utensils across a plate typically symbolizes finished meal which is why I didn’t not do this. This experience has made me nervous about going out again and enjoying a meal when it’s just me and my son. Not sure how else to take my son to the bathroom when I’m alone

Decent food and prices but it's hardly worth the wait and hassle, plus they rush you to get out of there ASAP instead of letting you eat in peace.

Food was great. We had a huge pancake with apple slices. The coffee was great with their lavender creamer. My kid had the fruit cup and biscuits with jelly. Server was good and was attentive.

We were in town for our son's BMT graduation and he wanted brunch. We had 13 people so expected a wait. We had a 30in wait. The food was delicious. The service was great! Would definitely come back if we are back in the area.

The pancakes 🥞 melt in your mouth! I got blueberry pancakes and this was the best pancakes I’ve ever tasted and the sausage you can tell was fresh and made with real meat. Now the wait time was an hour so use the yelp app to get on the waitlist don’t come and expect to be seated. I now realize why there’s so many people it was delicious and with the wait. The booth was really small if you’re heavy like me get a table! (((:

The experience on the outside waiting was great. Pleasant.
And kids can
Burn through their energy as we wait , once called it felt we were rushed after waiting almost 2 hours
Part of family was purchasing from one of their vendors they have there and was told, we had 5 minutes to get all group to be seated or else they would give our table away and skip us 😔. We then experience waiter frustration or over worked which i understand. But I've been in customer relations for 30 plus years understand.
But for being my first time there first time experience
Expected differently.But I thought the food was worth the wait , which I think the food tastes great. But felt like
Our service could have been better? Maybe it's me, my wife, my kids that might think different, but it was my grand child's birthday. And didn't get a birthday song like you get from other restaurants. I probably won't be back
