We traveled from Portland, OR for the eclipse. Spent the afternoon hiking Government Canyon State Park and took the Scenic Route here- so incredibly beautiful, we took it all the way to the end and jumped on the highway- Do iT!We have lots of food cart pods in Portland but nothing like this! Amazing vibes, lights in the trees!, play area for kids…and..THE FOOD!! So good! We got something from every cart and enjoyed everything!! Sushi was killer, kung pao shrimp and Monkeys Tortas- sooo good!!

This is a relaxed chill vibe to hang out with friends or bring the whole family. There’s separate areas so if you come to have a beer it’s on the other side of the building from the kids area. A plus for me. There’s food trucks to offer a variety of bites, but not sure if they rotate or are permanent so luck of the draw on what’s there. The coffee is from a local roaster so I like that it’s supporting small business, there were only two pastry options so limited if you want breakfast or something more filling. The dirty chai was excellent! It’s rated that baristas know what his is let alone it be on the menu, while they use a mix for the chai it tastes fresh and flavorful. Not overpowering. It’s a little further away from the accessibility of highways and I like a quieter coffee spot is why I knocked it down from a 5 star.
Golden Lotus is my go to Thai in the Leon springs area. Watch out for the heat, anything above medium lights me up and I’m no newcomer to spicy!!

Blew in from Atlanta ga. To spend time in y’alls beautiful city, with my family. They brought me here!!!! Amazing! Like they dropped hippie heaven in Texas! The owner is extra cool! The flipping food is off the chart. It was like God dropped midtown ATL in TEXAS! AMAZING! It was more than awesome. I got to spend time as a great uncle with family! Love and respect! The Lemons!
