On Potranco rd. Ordered 4 tacos the Mexican lady Amy wanted to charge me for two extra littles cups of salsa after only giving me two in the bag for the 4 tacos. She actually wanted to argue about me asking for two extra salsa mini cups. I walked away while she wanted to incite argument. Terrible customer service.
My wife and I have been to Tias Taco hut before over on Babcock had great service. Today we tried Tias on Blanco by Churchchill High School on Blanco, I had order beef enchiladas the waitress brought me cheese enchiladas she even said who ordered the beef beef enchiladas, as I cutted into the enchiladas it was cheese , I had told the lady I order beef she no you order the cheese , the showed me the ticket what she wrote down , but I didn't want cause a seen but I told I said beef and my wife know I said beef. but the lady didn't offered to fix so I ate it anyways because the food is good, so I'll give a rating to this location a 7 for now.
This is hands down my absolute FAVORITE spot for authentic Mexican food! I don’t live in San Antonio, and I’m not from here, but trust me—I know good Mexican food when I taste it. And this place? Worth every mile of the 4-hour drive I make just to eat here once a month! The food is consistently amazing, the margaritas are perfection, and I’ve never had a single bad experience. I’m hooked!
I've been there before and the food was excellent. Today on December the 11th at lunch time I was very disappointed you must have different Cooks just giving my opinion.

This restaurant is in a very (very very) high traffic area. It can be very crowded I'm sure they reach capacity every now and then. The building isn't gigantic but it is beautiful and has windows all around. You can dine in or order to go. They do have an operating drive through with a dedicated staff member taking orders from what I could see.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

I come here at least once a week sometimes 3 times for quick breakfast tacos. I have always had excellent experiences in the drive thru and I’ll credit that to the lady that helps me every time. I wish I knew her name now because she truly has always greeted me with a smile and quick service. I can only describe her as Hispanic, glasses and tattoos. She’s wonderful.
Today (Monday at 11:30am) however, I received very different service. A very young girl with curly hair was in charge of the drive thru. At the intercom she answered when I pulled up. I asked for a minute to decide what I wanted. After about 1 minute I said I was ready. No answer. Not a big deal. “Hello?” No answer. “Hello, I’m ready to order.” No answer. I then said hello two more times. Nothing. I sat for about 10 minutes total and then decided to pull around as a line was forming behind me. At the window the same girl made eye contact with me but never opened the window to greet me. I sat there for 15 minutes. As car after car pulled up behind me I was shocked how no one opened the drive thru window. Finally a young man opened it, proceeded to read an order that wasn’t mine and I explained to him I tried to order back there but no one would answer. “Yes, well we take our orders back there.” “I know. I tried to order and called out several times but no one answer.” “Oh okay well it’s because we are busy but I can take your order here if you wait over on the other side.”
I’ve worked in restaurants for the first 11 years of my working life. There was no sense of urgency. No apologizing. Just excuses. Incredibly sad.

We usually have a great experience, this morning we were welcomed with a frown and rolling eyes, unfortunately they were short handed , I believe the manager came and asked what was the issue, we did convey we came to eat with a great morning experience and were greeted with a stressed employee , he let us know that she was the only one working, unfortunately that is not our fault, maybe help Mr Manager? Overall the food is great!
The atmosphere was a little dull. I prefer Pete's Takos. Worst service I have ever seen. I got scolded for taking 3 napkins.

Terrible take out service. We waited 30 minutes and at the end they just said sorry there is not bread for the torta. If you want to cancel the order.
Unbelievable!

Just your average Mexican restaurant with average Tex-Mex food. It’s good, but nothing else I would rave about. I thought the service was slow, but it’s because they were super busy.

Tables are ALWAYS dirty and ALWAYS have to ask for them to be cleaned. Even at 8am dirty from previous customers. Now they automatically give you a to go cup without asking and frown when you say you want a regular cup. This location has went downhill and the attitude (by the women staff) are rude. All of them, even at drive thru. Their are many choices downtown for a better experience!
