Quick place for a quick smoothie and then some. Lena provided excellent service and gave her perspective on whey vs. pea protein. Apparently, whey is sweeter.My Peanut Paradise smoothie is delicious and refreshing. I think they have the ability to make all their flavors taste very good, too.Plenty of seating in their space. It's clean, and the folks behind the counter are looking to make you feel great about your day.I would stop here again.
I work at BAMC, so this cafe is a nice addition to the food options here. I'm pretty hooked on the Island Detox because it is tasty and healthy. The only other item I have tried is the Thai Chicken Wrap, which tasted pretty good. The app can be a little wonky until you get used to it, but overall I have had a pleasant experience and the manager seems eager to please and will make things right if there is a problem.

I've been at BAMC for about 7 years now. I can honestly say that this is such a welcome addition to the hospital. Love the wraps and the smoothies and definitely recommend downloading the app and ordering ahead!
