Tropicana Ice cream

What we ordered was great, though it tasted a bit like cleaning products, which is great that i know they're cleaning thorougly, but also remember to wash out the soap properly. The service was interesting, im from Houston, so maybe I just don't understand San Antonio culture, but the girl forgot what I ordered 4 times. She asked me to repeat myself several times, and I even went out of my way to lean closer to her. The music was also extremely loud. I was left extremely confused and baffled by the girls behavior overall, I had never experienced anything like it before, but upon speaking to my partner, he said his friends always experience bad customer service here also. It's disappointing because I'm just excited in general to be in a Latino dominant area, so I expect friendliness, but I suppose that was silly of me. Im probably not coming back here anytime soon, and I hope they hire friendlier, more considerate staff.

However the coconut horchata seems to have changed recipes cause it has a fake, strong extract aftertaste. Other than that, everything is excellent!

Great customer service, be patient the dishes look wonderful so it takes a bit to get your order. The food was delicious!!

Today, Friday, is the weekend when the children are on vacation and just one girl preparing and getting paid is the last straw. It is labor abuse

They are lazy anything that requires a little time they won’t do I was trying to order the pancake thing they have there and they wouldn’t make them because they were gonna close in 30 minutes 🤨

Service sucks!! You’d think they’d be smiling for their prices, $10 for a large milkshake. You can expect better service at McDonald’s. Literally standing there moving so slow dreading taking the next order.

The snacks are usually good, but most of the time when I come they never have what I want. It’s the most basic ingredients too that make up half their menu.I don’t know if it’s because they don’t wanna get more or open something new but it happens all the time. Really disappointing.

Ordered my favorite fresas con crema. Got home and found the tip to the whip cream can IN my cup. Will NEVER come back, this is unsanitary and unsafe!

Could be better but workers will stand looking at you for a few minutes before they acknowledge you, if you are a guy alone you will be treated better, and prices are a little high for the stuff I got a corn on the cob wasn't asked how I wanted it prepared she just assumed and made it as well as the fruit cup I wanted just fruit but she didn't ask and prep it with everything, agua fresca are water downed and not worth the the price could have been a bad day but almost 50 bucks not worth it

It's a great environment and you can try any flavor. I loved the variety, plenty of ice cream, paletas, Mexican sodas, hot Cheetos with cheese and even packed candies ready to go.

Great spot and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
