They were out of several items on the menu. We had a coupon for a free banana pudding which they were out of. We asked the cashier if they could substitute it for another dessert, and she said no. A few minutes later, we saw that same cashier pulling some off the shelf from the store for another customer. My mom asked for some bbq sauce and the cashier threw them across the counter at her. The food we did get was good, but it wasn’t what we wanted. The cashier was very rude.

True Texas BBQ is a winner! The BBQ is top-notch (tender, smoky, and delicious), and the restaurant has a very pleasant environment. Make sure to visit on a Thursday night for their live trivia. Host Marie is truly incomparable, making the night fun and engaging. Great food and great entertainment!

Great food. We come here on Thursday evenings to have a good time and engage in some good old fashioned trivia. Speaking of which, is run by Challenge Entertainment Live Trivia and hosted by Marie. Whom, I might add is a great hostess. And we always know when the game is about to start. Because every game night she leads into the start of the game with Blue Suede's Hooked on a Feeling.
