While the food is good, the experience leaves much to be desired. Poor customer service and ambiguous communication.
I went to Via 313 in Webster, TX for my birthday 12/29/24 and they made my birthday amazing! I have a gluten allergy, and they went above and beyond there too. They gave me a surprise birthday dessert (it was enough to share with my party). And on my way out the door I received a birthday card and a gift card for another pizza! They made my day so special! We dined at The Heights location for a second time. It's about a 45 minute drive for us from The Woodlands but totally worth it. Our pizza was fantastic! We use to get our Detroit style from a place called Barry's that sadly closed during the pandemic after many many years in business.
