Beyond annoyed! This is about the 5th time in as many months that H-E-B curbside forgets items. Most of the time it's one or two items but last month all of my produce was missing and I received someone else's produce and deli. Today they forgot Serrano peppers and jalapeí±os. You would think just have them refund the dollar. Last time I did that it took a week for the refund. So here I go AGAIN back to the store to pick up my missing items. Yes, I've complained but nothing happens they just say sorry. H-E-B, why I paying an extra percentage and $4.95 for convenience when this is the most inconvenient thing?! So annoying when your about to cook and there are missing items! This happens way too often. HEB CURBSIDE ON POTRANCO, GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!

Love this place. We are new to Texas and excited to have these all over the place . Curbside pickup has changed my life LOL. It's so amazing, the shoppers are so friendly and won't accept a tip even when offered. It saves me 2 hours of precious time. Perfect for moms with little free time. The store itself is organized nicely and they have EVERYTHINg. Won't go anywhere else.

Great selection, but ALWAYS super crowded. I often use this store when doing curbside shopping and stick to my neighborhood HEB when I have to go in to do my shopping

H-E-B Plus....thank you for being on Potranco. Lol. Wow...this place has everything. Fresh produce, sushi....oh and the new seafood section. Yesssssss! Oh oh and the new pre-made meals. Well they aren't cooked they are next to the seafood area. But thy are really good. From steak to pork chops to shrimp to salmon sided with pasta or asparagus or jalapeí±o cream cheese potato skin ( yeah love that one). Also,e and my son loves the samples. Now every time I go to the store he wants to go. Weather the samples are good or new drinks it a great time. Oh and sometimes they have recipes that teach you how to make the yummy food they just served you. We have almost fully converted from commissary shopping to H-E-B. Due to the mass amount of coupons and deals that they are always having. If you haven't been to this H-E-B you must go.

Love this location! It's always clean, and everyone is helpful! It does get packed, go in the later evening or early mornings if you want to avoid the crowd!

I'm not from San Antonio and had never been to a HEB before. I love this HEB. Comparing HEB and the Walmart nearby, HEB has a far better variety of produce. Also, their sushi is actually pretty decent! My fiance is from out of state and she agrees that this HEB is awesome. We had a house warming party and a friend suggested to order wings from their deli area for the get together. Their was some kind of mistake on the order and although I wasn't even mad about it, they gave us extra wings. Nice!

I love this H-E-B. The Mia's Mirror Boutique in the middle of the store means that I can buy something cute like a planner or some jewelry or a shirt or something else I don't need in between filling my cart with blocks of cheese, chicken nuggets, and other things that cause heart disease. But I jest. (Sort of) The lack of the fifth star is due to a couple things: 1. I was recently devastated by the removal of the "plant farm" to make way for the curbside center. While I'm grateful for this location getting some curbside to alleviate the lack of parking, WHY DID MY PRETTY PLANTS AND FLOWERS HAVE TO GO?!?! I completely understand that sometimes we can't have it all and if pretty plants and flowers aren't selling like hot cakes, then it makes sense, but . . . flowers . . . ! Devastated! 2. The lack of parking. That really is not H-E-B's fault, though. Popularity does this. Also, the city's ill-advised "solution" for Potranco. The concrete median is causing all sorts of PTSD (Potranco Traffic Stress Syndrome). San Antonio, please try again. In other news, I'm really looking forward to the improvements to this location. (PLEASE PUT IN A SoFlo Pizza!!!!) I'm going today just to make sure things are going gangbusters . . . and to load up on blocks of cheese and chicken nuggets, of course.

Used the HEB delivery service today. They delivered my groceries with in the timeframe of one hour. Staff from my HEB are always friendly, and carries on outside of the store. Fernando delivered our groceries and he was very helpful and respectful. Will be using this service more often, because it's more convenient.
H-E-B is great! It has everything and more. Very organized and no chaotic aisles--every aisle was marked and visible. The store is clean and staff were very, very friendly. There are fresh refrigerated pre-made meals, if you're in a time crunch--all you have to do is throw it in the oven. They even sell poke. I'm from Hawaii and just had to see how their poke bowls (raw fish) tasted--and I must admit that although not the same, it was pretty good! HEB reminds me of Whole Foods, Down to Earth and Central Market but on a much larger scale. They have curbside service! Order online and pick up at the designated curbside service area (this is clearly seen as soon as you enter the parking lot). I highly recommend that you come in a see what the hype is about. I know....this is a grocery store for goodness sake, but its pretty awesome. I wish we had this in Hawaii! :) Aloha.

This is an H-E-B plus, and it's the best H-E-B around. There's a wide assortment of virtually everything you might want from a grocery store. It also has a selection of other services available; for instance, I can register my vehicle here, or get a yard sale permit. They have an outstanding butcher, their meat department is superb. As is common now in large grocery stores, they offer demos with samples of their products. I don't often stray from my list of needs, but I have done so here more than most places I shop. They are renovating the garden department now; I suspect it will come back better than ever.

Ultra clean and always organized. Bakery and deli. You gotta try the brisket and smoked turkey!! Seafood dept will steam to order and don't forget your fresh sushi on the way out. The garden center gives Lowe's a run for the money. Don't be in a hurry Bc we all shop there!!

I am giving it a 2 star because of their seafood department. Not sure what has been going on the last 6 months but this keeps happening. I bought crab legs and cooked it the NEXT day and it tasted like ammonia, meaning that it's BAD! gave it another shot couple months later and same results. It's hit or miss. This week I bought Argentine shrimp on Thursday night, (previously frozen) and made it for dinner tonight, and i tasted ammonia again. This actually never happened before with shrimp for me. Not sure what has changed but HEB, gotta get your standard procedures to safe handle selling seafood ! Other than that, customer is great, I am able to get a credit for my shrimp.

Well the best thing happened today. I went to HEB to purchase snacks for an event that my College was hosting and I didn't know how I was going to handle this alone. As I arrived I was greeted and was able to ask a lead at the front about tax exemption which is always half the battle with some places. As I had to go through the aisles to get all I needed I had over two carts full and was already stressing about how I would handle the register. I had lots of HEB partners that came to the rescue. The scanned it all from the cart and loaded up my baskets. The manager even came with me to my car and another partner helped. The best thing is they loaded up my car without me having to ask. This the best service I have ever received, come to this HEB.
