Came to San Antonio for a few days for work and everyone said I had to hit up Wayne’s. I will come back to San Antonio just to eat here again. Huge portions and awesome flavor. Highly recommend.
Wayne's wings has been open at least 2 or 3 years and I always drive by wondering if their food is any good. I asked one person and they said it wasn't. That swayed me but than I allowed myself to give it a shot

Based on customer reviews, Wayne's Wings #3 is a small location with limited seating, but the food is highly recommended. The chicken wings are described as big, moist, and crunchy, with a large list of sauces and dry rubs to choose from. Popular flavors include Honey Buffalo, Texas Honey Bee, Caribbean Jerk, Lemon Pepper, Jacob, and honey lemon. The parm fries and potato wedge fries are also delicious and can be bought by the pound, with options to get them sauced. Service is described as fast, friendly, and very friendly, with the owner/chef checking on customers and giving recommendations. A first for some was being charged separately for ranch and bleu cheese. The restaurant is busy with carry out, and all drinks are sugary, including tea, soda, or lemonade, with no unsweet tea. Overall, it is a great experience with a 10/10 rating, and customers will definitely go again.
