I had a terrible experience at Wendy's today. The customer service was abysmal - the staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to my concerns. I will definitely not be returning to Wendy's anytime soon.
We ordered at 7:50 pm. At 8:05 I went to the counter to ask where our food was. The guy acted like I offended him. He got my food except the fries weren't ready yet! He said he would bring them out. We ate everything else. Still no fries. At 815, I asked to speak to the manager. He couldn't even apologize and acted as though I was imposing on him.
NEVER AGAIN. This Wendy's is HORRIBLE.
We eat at Wendys at least once a week, but I will never go here again.
I got an of undercooked chicken sandwiches a few times but the woman at the drive thru is very nice.
