Do not go here! Haven't had wendys in years. Decided to try it out. Hubby ordered inside for to go. My main entree was missing (nuggets). Everyone ate but me. Hubby called, asked for a manager, told him he wasn't given a receipt but we were missing nuggets. He argued that receipts are always given. My Hubby asked if he could just go pick up the nuggets, he pretended like he couldn't hear him, then pretended like he didn't understand English (even though he argued in English about the receipt). Hubby got frustrated and just hung up. Terrible management! Never going back.

First off, I've been here 3 times without an issue. This time it was different. I tried to order a 10 piece nugget and a classic chicken sandwich because there was an offer on the app. I tried to order and the lady couldn't seem to understand I wanted a classic chicken sandwich. She kept think I was saying asiago sandwich. I tried to correct her twice but she didn't and kept thinking I wanted an asiago sandwich I just figured I'd correct her at the window. I tried to confirm that I wanted a classic chicken sandwich and she still didn't understand. I told her I had the app and had her scan it and she scanned it and she said it didn't work because she put the wrong thing. I told her wanted the classic again and she finally changed but she keep the other sandwich I never said I wanted. She was an elderly lady, and seems like she couldn’t hear me very well, but if they are hiring someone that isn’t capable of taking an order, they should probably not do that and this whole time I see the manager in the back on his phone in Plainview of me. I asked for manager and she claims she was but then she finally got him and he’s like what do you want and I tried to explain to him about I wanted the classic chicken sandwich. I’m trying to use the app and he tried to act like I did not know how to use an app and I did and I’ve used it multiple times without issue at the same location. and then they try to scan it a third time and he’s telling me oh it’s already been scanned so you can’t use it so I’m like can you honor the coupon because it was obviously not my fault because she could not hear what I was saying or understand what I wanted. He was trying to make it very difficult and then he ended up telling me I was wasting his time and it’s already been 10 minutes but it wasn’t my fault in the first place when I was having issues ordering because the lady could not hear me. And I looked back just to see if there was people because he claimed people were ordering but he was previously on his phone so it wasn’t really an issue. I saw only one person and they weren’t even finished ordering so he was obviously trying to make it like it was my fault but it wasn’t. The way he acted and talked was very unprofessional and condescending for no reason . it is your job to help resolve issues as a manager not escalate things to where you’re going to piss someone off. Fortunately, I just drove away and tried to fix it by saying have a good day, sir, but he pissed me off so much I had to leave. I will not come back here and I hope management will see this review because that is not professional and he shouldn’t be working in customer service. FYI, I am posting this review 30 minutes after this happened so he is probably still on shift.

try to give the staff the benefit of the doubt but I suppose that's too much.How can you take and order a BTW I'm the only one waiting, and forget to put items in the bag? Is this a norm for staff to be so oblivious to a printed order and ignore it and not give the customer a complete order. They didn't even give me a receipt.I call and the guy doesn't seem to understand me nor hear me... so disappointed with their limited capacity to perform the simplest of tasks..

In less than two weeks, the Alamo Ranch location in San Antonio, Texas messed up my mobile order twice. First time was 3/11/24. They forgot 6 piece non spicy nuggets. Then on 3/21/24. They forgot the Burger...Dave's double. On 3/25/24, I call to discuss these issues with a manger or the owner of this location. I call around 3pm cst. A female answers and places me on hold. I could hear all the conversations going on. Looking at my phone....been placed on hold for over 23 minutes and counting. I decided to hang out. This is unacceptable customer service. There's number for Tom on the drive through. I need to get his number and speak with him directly. Because if something isn't corrected, like a credit to my card, I am going to dispute the charges. Was the missing items given to me....yes. However, I am trying to address from happening again in the future with any future customers. Because I will not be back to this location again. Its called double checking the order before giving the customer their order. SLOW down and do it right the first time. If done right the first time....complaints isn't written and revenue isn't lost or another word for it...shrinkage!

I ordered a sandwich with bacon in the drive-thru and they didn't give me the bacon, which I paid $1.40 plus tax for. When I went back through the drive-thru to ask about the bacon or to get a refund, they gave me the bacon by itself but the burger was already gone by the time I was through the drive-thru... Didn't want the bacon by itself. I wanted the bacon on the burger which is why I ordered it on the burger.

I'm not sure where to begin. Being that Wendys is how I put myself through school they're always my #1 choice via fast food. But yesterday was dreadful.Super long wait time for a line of three cars, with ours being one of them... The shift leader and/or manager barking rudely at his staff and then at us (whoa) because someone "isn't listening" only to recieve a full order of incorrect and cold food. Baconators had one patty, one had the incorrect bun, neither had the requested lettuce or tomatos, chili was missing cheese and onions, fries were hard, cold, and half filled while the nuggets were in the exact same manner. Absolutely terible!! For $45 bucks at a fast food joint you'd expect the food to be fast, correct, or at the very least edible... we received none of the above.Thanks to the fine folks working yesterday afternoon I had the pleasure of spending even more money on lunch some place else while listening to my toddler have a full-blown melt down due to the potato rocks of fries he wouldn't eat. I truly thank you for that.

Never frozen and never fresh.Stay away from this location. The food is either always cold or sitting under the warmer and not fresh. The staff are rude and act as if helping a customer is an inconvenience.

This restaurant is located right next to the In & Out restaurant, and was virtually empty. When my friend and I entered, we quickly understood why. We were not greeted in a friendly manner, and the short haired blonde almost acted as if we were disturbing her. The service would have truly sucked, had it not been for a reluctant gentleman, who was on the grill, coming over to fumble through our order. Not to mention that the young blonde, who had just handled dirty mop water, attempted to prepare our food before washing her hands. We ended up pitching all of the food once we arrived back home. Very Bad!!!

I usually come to this Wendy’s because they do a pretty decent job. However I went to go get lunch on my break from work at this location and they kinda just gave me the wrong order. I tried calling the store to try to correct my order but no answer, it was late but I know they were still open.I went back the next day to speak with a manager to correct my order from the previous day. Without hesitation he fixed my order, and I left satisfied.Will probably be taking a break but the male managers here are great and are really helpful.
