First off, I've been here 3 times without an issue. This time it was different. I tried to order a 10 piece nugget and a classic chicken sandwich because there was an offer on the app. I tried to order and the lady couldn't seem to understand I wanted a classic chicken sandwich. try to give the staff the benefit of the doubt but I suppose that's too much.How can you take and order a BTW I'm the only one waiting, and forget to put items in the bag? Is this a norm for staff to be so oblivious to a printed order and ignore it and not give the customer a complete order. They didn't even give me a receipt.I call and the guy doesn't seem to understand me nor hear me... so disappointed with their limited capacity to perform the simplest of tasks..
