Havent been to a Wendys in anwhile…decided to get a chicken sandwich…its around noon, parking lot empty, no one on line, pull up to order and im told they are not taking orders at the moment and if i can come back in 15 minutes? no unfortunately ill never be back…what happened to Wendy’s? used to love that place.

I walked up to the front counter to order a baconator. I was greeted by a bald man- well, "greeted" might not be the right word. I asked him if I could have a baconator, and he promptly said "no". I asked again and he rolled his eyes and reluctantly said "fine." He then proceeded to put in my order completely wrong a total of three times, I had to reiterate that I wanted a baconator and nothing else multiple times. I will say I received a rather well made baconator from an employee who looked like he was on the verge of running out the door. Worst fast food experience of my life, food was good though.

I waited in the front for like 5 minutes and had to yell hello just for someone to come see me. Got a drink - the coke machine was out of almost every single option. The floors were sticky and dirty, the bathrooms were awful. Seeing the other reviews - why hasn’t this place shut down yet lol

Haven’t been to Wendy’s in a long time but after passing this particular location and see absolutely no business we decided to stop in and pick up dinner. The guy at the drive thru (Jared was his name) was great! Took our order and had amazing customer service. Our food came out quick and fresh and our order was 100% correct with our requested sauces and all. Happy we stopped in tonight the food was delicious. Will definitely come back.

This Wendy’s was by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The customer service was, in a word, distasteful. The general manager without hair was extremely disrespectful, and refused to give me my card after holding on to it for a few minutes. The other workers seemed nice enough, but extremely stressed. I heard the general manager say to an employee to not blame anyone but a specific woman in particular, as “it’s her fault this is taking so long” when I asked the woman how long she had been working there, she said only a week at most, with it being her second or third day working at this specific store. I would expect more patience and empathy towards employees especially under those circumstances. The food came out barely warm, but seemed like it would’ve went a lot faster if the manger was able to help the two employees I could see working, especially with one doing the drive through. This place is not ran effectively at all, and I feel sympathy for the employees who seem to be trying their best, but not being enough for a manager who refuses to even help prepare the food.

Honestly suggest nobody comes here they wrongfully terminated a whole bunch of employees the beginning of this week including the general manager and replaced him with someone who know absolutely nothing about food service the dm manager is on a power trip firing people left a right contact the owner for issues Jessica is content letting this store go into the ground they have lawsuits filed against them for wrongful termination.

I order lunch online for pickup and when I got off both doors were locked I knocked and knocked and no one opened the door and I even looked through the window and I could see staff and their cars are parked outside. I got in the drive thru with 10 cars in front of me and they were taking forever. When I get to the intercom tell her I have a online pick up and she said come to the front counter and I told her the doors are locked she stays quite and tells me to pull forward and when I get up there she has attitude and I tell her why are the doors locked if you want me to go inside and she laughs and said the store is short staff and I told her well you should put up a sign and she laughs and says N.A. I don’t have anything to do that with I said you don’t have paper or pen, mark receipt paper anything and she laughs and says nope I don’t have nothing. I ask for her name and her name is Ally and she’s the manager. I asked for corporates number and she said she doesn’t know it and for me to look online. I’m like wow and I ask for my receipt and she just laughs and closes the window. I’m asking corporate or someone higher then this manager to please review the tapes for 11/21 at 12:00 and watch how this manager handles your company. Please reconsider your choice in management for this employee she some people don’t deserve it.

Spent $7 on a sandwich. It was completely wrong. I ordered a Asiago chicken sandwich no tomatoes honesty. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with tomatoes and no cheese. Won’t ever go back. Wasted my money and time.

The gentlemen that helped us tonight was beyond amazing. We had an issue with our food at a whole different Wendy's and came here and wish that this was the one we originally came to. He told us he had just started working as manager and is his first night tonight and he did a phenomenal job with helping us. I promise this will be the only Wendy's I go to.even with them being short staffed they got it out fast and hot

I guess the staffing here sucks.
Waited 30min in line (with 5 cars!!!) just to get to the order mic. Then no one would talk, tried getting their attention, nothing. Even parked, walked up to the window and saw someone was indeed working there, waved, and walked back to my car. Still no response. Stayed waiting another 10min for someone to talk. They finally took my order then said cash only at the end. So I had to leave.
Good job.

I got the Kraft patty meal off DoorDash, I asked for everything on it, and it just came with a patty cheese and condiments no vegetables at all. Terrible service, go to Burger King instead

I went to Wendy’s just for the SpongeBob meal, and it was a huge letdown. It took forever to get my order, and they forgot the fries, so I had to go back. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. They were out of the vanilla frosty base for the SpongeBob frosty, forgot the SpongeBob stickers, and the soda machine had almost no flavors left. Plus, the floors were sticky, and the soda dispenser looked like it had mold. I won’t be back.

Very unprofessional. Ordered my food through the app. Waited 20 minutes for my order. Apparently reason being they wanted to make everybody's meal In the drive-thru before serving anybody. And then got handed my food with an attitude and snarky remarks. Very very unprofessional
