This Whataburger clearly needs support from their upper management. The way their staff responded when I expressed dissatisfaction with the milkshake I ordered not tasting the way it should. I know a Dr. Pepper shake, I've had them many times.
The girl was so rude when I expressed to her that that was not a Dr. Pepper shake but was in fact vanilla.

The consistency of this night crew is insane to me. No matter who is on shift they are always on it and locked in. Definitely my favorite location, I can't praise this crew enough

The elders who work here are awesome. The young staff needs to definitely learn from them very disappointed, my beloved WhatAburger is not Texas family owned. I have to honestly say the burgers are always cold and the cheese is not even melted. It’s rare that I spend my money at whatAburger because of continued disappointment. So I opted for the chicken tenders and was truly disappointed as well I mean come on what happened to the “Texas toast” is it called “Chicago toast”...
