Never received my food. I was 3rd in line in the drive-thru after 26 minutes with no progression I left. I'm sure the food would have been like most other Whataburger's, I find this amount of wait at a (fast food) establishment unacceptable.

Table was dirty!!!! I overlooked it but to think I had to figure out what that was was upsetting. I should've sat somewhere else, but was in a nice spot where I can see everything n everyone in case of emergency!! U knwim? Cray crays and their drama!!!

I don't know if it's because it is such a VERY busy whataburger that they are focused so much on quantity rather than quality to which I'm used to from Whataburger. We ate there, the burgers looked like they were put together by a 2 year old. I went up to the counter to ask for the table to be cleaned, and the employee did not hesitate to say "yes, let me go get the stuff" (brownie points to him), but while waiting for him, the cashier bumped into te cups next to him with his leg, some cups fell on the floor of course, and he just picked them up and put them back on the cup stack!!! So unsanitary, for my opinion. My brother asked for crispy bacon, and he got the flimsiest (sp?) bacon! Sorry, just being honest.

Service is usually rude and the food is a 50/50 chance that it's fresh, soda machine is always having issues and the soda taste nasty and they don't even inform you that it's not working, they basically watch person after person taste that nasty soda. They don't offer any from the drive thru and if someone ask them for some from the back they get more attitude.

I usually don't like leaving bad reviews. But I felt like the service could of been better. Don't get me wrong...it was a Friday and probably low on staff. Just could of inform me. Sorry if you could park...and we will get your order to you shortly. I was in the windows for 15 minutes. I eventually turned my car off because of the long wait...and they got my order wrong...and the soda was gross. It tasted like soap. I don't know why. Maybe next time. Try to make sure you let someone know and be more diligent. I get fast food places are high pace places and it's a lot of work. Just if anything...if it's running super slow. Just drive away.
