This location is the slowest and worst whataburger location I have ever been too. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.

Ordered a meal, got charged for each item individually, so basically overcharged, and they still forgot 1 item. Took 15 mins for the 1 single item they did serve me. Asked if I wanted condiments 3 times, said yes each time and told them what I wanted, 1 single sauce, just 1, they still managed to forget it. I never have a good experience at this location, I try at least once every few weeks and each and every single time they are horrible slow and get it wrong. No, it wasn’t busy, I was the only one in line.

Order a burger with cheese. Got home and got the dreaded white wrapper. Checked receipt and it's says w/cheese. But alas no cheese. Thanks Whataburger. You ruined it.

I just can say: After 10 years living in Texas, there is no more Texan thing than eat at a Whataburger restaurant with your family. I feel proud of pick this state as a home, and feel the vibe of the Texan culture and community! God bless any Whataburger restaurant all around the country, and god bless anyone working hard for this brand!

I did order delivery, but either way my food was cold. I had no way to request condiments (ketchup, spicy ketchup, mustard, etc) I ask my delivery driver to ask for it, they did and they were told it was in the bag when it was not. The fries were cold as hell. Just seems like they don’t care about their customers.

This location turned me away when presenting an email code without a receipt, despite the instructions saying nothing about the receipt. Love the food though, but everything else about this place is not good.
This isn't the first or the second time this is the third or fourth time that we have ordered from this place we always ask for our food to be freshly made made the order including our fries we live 30 seconds down the road so it's impossible to go from the store to my front door and the buger is going to be freezing cold as well as the french fries I brought this to the manager's attention and he refused to place our order on another day because our family was already eating the cold food that we had being the fact that our situation wouldn't concern him or any of the employees at all especially when you're limited to what the Lord puts before you but if I only live a half a minute away from the restaurant My food should still be nice and hot or at least getting warm no we all opened our food and we're stunned that our food it was cold again and this is repeated from the same store I really do wish that they would up their skill retrain the employees to do things made to order fresh like it should be That's what Whataburger is about freshly made burgers freshly made fries not cold food going out You lose your customers for cold food You gain customers for having nice hot food and good service The lady that served us didn't even put on a smile her demeanor was meh and dull and did not put our order the way I requested You're supposed to put customer service first and smile when you're representing the name brand and the restaurant is complimented for its service and burgers and a customer's letting you know the burgers are going out of style and because of your serving it cold instead of hot think about that Have a good day
