Save some time & go somewhere else. The night manager was an idiot and implied I was lying for a mistake they made. Called in advance to tell them they forgot something and they said I just need my receipt. Showed up and got interrogated by the same goofy bald chick that messed up my order.

Ordered my kids and I food online, my brother picked up my order and turns out the only thing they got right were our drinks. I went and got our correct order no hassle but two of our chicken strip meals were missing the gravy. 3 times in a row my order is missing something

Rude employee at register more worried about getting money for her birthday and if you weren't giving her any she would just have an attitude with you taking your order, also wouldn't let us order a certain item claiming its not on their menu but it is and even acknowledged people order it on the mobile
Ordered a meal for two on their app. Uber delivered it to wrong place. Whataburger remade it at no charge and manager "Isiah" was awesome. Uber didn't do anything of substance to help out. Oh well live n learn. But Whatabuger did good by me and I'm grateful to them especially for the manager who went above the call. Thank you very much!

Been in this drive thru for 35 minutes for two kids burgers and one chicken sandwich and there taking this long on a Thursday at 5:31 I understand it’s a rush hour but 35 minutes ?? Don’t come too this location I’d rather go too the Steve’s and Roosevelt
