Went to pick up a mobile order and had to wait an additional 10 minutes over the promised time. The breakfast sandwich I got was tasty but sloppily made. Not sure if they were understaffed, but there weren't that many customers either. I'm just glad I wasn't in a hurry.

Ordered curbside. Food is good, first time stopping at this location. Service needs improvement, our order was incomplete and the curbside runner had to go back in 2 different times to try to correct it. ?

Got the grilled chicken and the entire thing was completely soggy, including the lettuce, to the point where I couldn't pull it up and the chicken just kept sliding out from the buns. The fries are old and barely warm. The best tasting item from my meal was my strawberry shake. Whataburger you have gone down tremendously and it's a major disappointment.
