Placed an order and waited for curbside service. They didn't take that long in my opinion based on the busy time and lady that came out said sorry for the long wait time and gave me my order along with 3 different coupons which I really appreciated. Monterey Melt burger is really good!

Ordered a jalapeño burger with cheese no bacon, substitute the mustard with ketchup. Received my order the ticket was correct in what I ordered but when I got home completely different burger.

Half the bad reviews on here are about exactly that. Bring in a store manager who cares about service and doesn’t treat customers like criminals!

Worst customer service of my life. The female store manager needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY.

Ordered delivery, the driver said he couldn’t find the house and said he was going to bring it back to the store, so instead we went to go pick it up. The driver never brought the food back and they refused to make the order, despite us having the receipt, inferring we were lying and just trying to get a second order for free.

In the morning went to the store again to speak to the manager who was aggressive, accusatory and nasty, all for what? $20 in fast food?! She claimed we had to contact the 3rd party delivery service, but she couldn’t tell us which one they used. She said it was in the email, it wasn’t. She said it was in the app, it wasn’t. So now we had no food, no refund, no information on recourse and had been berated and abused by what was supposed to be someone representing customer service.

On the way out another customer said this is how she always is, an absolute nightmare to every customer that walks through the door. Corporate needs to shut this woman down.

I ordered a delivery order through the whataburger app. i gave clear instructions on how to find my apartment. He couldn't find it wheni got on the phone with him and he eventually realized he was at the wrong apartment complex. he kept repeating its not my fault its the app. i did not respond and he started yelling dont be mad at me ill show you. i responded i just want the food. he said 'he could hear in my voice that i blamed him and said he was taking the food back to the store. we immediately contacted the store and the told us we had to call doordash or Uber eats but they didn't know which. We decided to go to the store and retrieve the order but the delivery driver did not in fact take the order back to the store apparently. The manager called someone he referred to as his OTP and reported back that we had no way to prove the order wasn't delivered so they couldn't make it for us. We then called Uber eats who said they had no record of the order because we used the whataburger app and there was nothing they could do. So we called the store back and the manager said I don't use those delivery apps. I said but it's the whataburger app and he said that no one who works there uses the app and he eats at Applebee's and El Pollo loco and he had those apps. I said I don't think you're supposed to say that and he said freedom of speech is in the constitution and that I was putting words in his mouth and trying to "psychiatrist" him. The whole experience was like a giant fever dream.

Always fast and friendly service whether I use the drive thru or pick up at the counter. Plus I can always count on getting my order exactly as I ordered it without worrying about items being forgotten or left behind.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs but it's pretty plain inside and there's no kid activities provided

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there's parking and am accessible entrance to the restaurant

Lisa the manager at this location as of 1/22/24 is very rude and unprofessional. I called in due to an order being made incorrectly. Both of my burgers were made as is, not to the toppings i requested to be removed. She Combated with me calling me a “liar” stated she had to check the cameras to see if they were made incorrectly. Seems a bit far to go for a paying customer over many of years. So be careful when ordering from this location and make sure you check your burgers before you leave ( which is tedious ) if not youl end up with a meal messed up and no replacement provided. Once again terrible customer service and extremely rude. Not a good partner to represent whataburger.

This women is so rude and very unprofessional and does not have any kind of skills in customer service
Also the whataburger corporation is absolutely absolutely a joke and don't care about customers
